We received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza in store only and were excited to try this new pizza joint in town. My 61 year old mother took my 8 year old nephew up to the store to redeem the free pizza associated with the coupon. She ordered “a large pizza and the free pizza that goes with this coupon” she was told that the coupon was for online order only. The employees didn’t even read the coupon which clearly states “valid in-restaurant only. Not valid in app, online, phone or delivery orders” My mother, who was disappointed, but not angry, went to leave. The girl at the counter was very nice and must have spoken with her manager about it because she followed my mother before leaving and told her the manager said they can make an exception. When my mother went back in the manager came out and said, rather aggressively, “we’ll make an exception this time. But you need to order online next time as the coupon says.” Making my mother feel stupid in front of everyone in the restaurant. She left because your manager made her feel embarrassed. When my handicapped father who has been in a wheel chair due to muscular dystrophy called to see what the issue was, the manager was blatantly rude and aggressive before she even knew it was a call regarding this situation. My father became rather Agitated due the managers arrogance and the manager saw this as a valid reason to hang up on him and refuse the answer the phone when he tried calling back. Please understand we don’t send this email hoping to have an employee get in trouble, receive items for free or to make a scene like your manager did. But...
Read moreOrdered take out with coworkers for dinner, when I arrived they had forgotten 2 orders of dough knots, (per the phone that NOBODY answers,) we ordered online so we could “get our pizzas the exact way we like it!” I had to wait for those, which defeated the purpose of putting the order in online. Then all but 2 orders that were in this order were made incorrectly, one pizza (the green line) literally had red sauce, 4 onion slices and 5 spinach leaves....this pizza was suppose to have chicken, pesto sauce etc (you can look the whole pizza up online) not one ingredient was put on the pizza that was suppose to be on it. The BBQ pizza....no BBQ sauce....one person made their own and it was missing all sauce (white sauce and a ranch drizzle) tried calling through-out the night and every call was immediately hung up on and was not ever able to talk to anyone. This doesn’t even begin to describe how I was treated by an employee who I assume was a manager. I was in the middle of a sentence with a question and she ran, literally, to a friend who had walked in and completely left me in the middle of speaking. I absolutely will not be returning Rizos was much better in flavor and customer service I highly recommend you go to...
