Read moreThe place smells awesome. It was my first time at a Crumbl store. Apparently as a female I didn't rate any customer service though, as I was ignored completely, aside from an initial glance my way when I came into the store, the two females just continued to talk to each other as i stood there for a while trying to figure out why i wasn't being helped and how i was supposed to order. I finally figured it out still being ignored. The two girls continued talking, until of course the machine chimed to alert I was paying cash. And while I was paying a guy had walked in and was waiting in line. He was greeted and welcomed and told what to do in case he hadn't been to the store before when it was his turn to order. Mine had about a 1.5" diameter of caramel. Okay, that hurt, but it's fine. I'm here for the cream cheese frosting, not the caramel. It was absolutely not cream cheese frosting. This was a crumbly, grainy frosting lacking all evidence of cream cheese. I normally let these things go, but it's been a long couple of weeks. I teach Kindergarten, and it's the beginning of the year. I just really wanted a cream cheese frosting...
