If I could give them a no star I would. Bought a used gun. I was told it had maybe 20 rounds through it. Very possible due to no markings from the shell being ejected. However, the gun counter employee told me the gun I was buying had been upgraded and that was the reason for the higher price than normal. After some thought i decided the gun was a good deal because of the "upgrades" and I bought it. 1000 dollars later I walked out of the store with it. Got home, disassembled to clean (employee told me he cleaned it himself , but it was never cleaned) and found out the "promised" upgrades were not there. Frustrated and mad, I Took the gun back and explained to them what happened. I was told all sales were no final and there was nothing they could do. I asked if their inventory showed this particular gun having any sort of upgrades( in hopes they would make it right). They did not show me. Again, they told me there was nothing they could do. In my eyes, I didn't buy what they were supposed to sell me and was dooped into spending more money than needed. I have grown tired of similar issues with this store. Seems like the knowledge of the people at the gun counter has diminished extensively as well as overall help. They'll hire anyone with a name. I can find better help at a Wal-Mart then this store. The first gentleman that was helping me was awesome, he was extremely helpful but then another guy took over and he was less than cordial. Most men try to be inconspicuous but he was flat out having a conversation with my chest the entire time. My husband had gone in earlier but the background check was going to take longer so I went in knowing I would be approved. They ran my ID and then after it was ok, he said he needed to talk to his manager to see if they could sell it to me. She walked over and said no they couldnāt because they still didnāt have an answer back on my husbandās background check. They then proceeded to void mine and my husbandās transactions before they even heard back on whether my husband was approved or not and stated they couldnāt sell the gun to either of us however if we had put money down on it, they could have. They never once asked either of us for a deposit down on it otherwise we would have paid in full with cash right then and there! As I walked away a little confused at what just happened, I heard the manager make a snide rude comment and start snickering with the man that was āhelpingā me. We will never be back to this store again! I have never felt that degraded and disrespected in one...

Went in to pick up a weather station for my birthday from my wife, when I went in it was all good, went to the back to pick it up and everything went fine, the old guy in the back was pretty fast in finding it and sent me on my way. After this it went south, as I was heading to the front door the only cashier was watching me suspiciously and I waved my receipt and she told me to get in line, I said "what, I paid for this", "get in line" she said again. So I started to get mad, I had just barely recieved my first covid shor and it was my birthday, but I got in line, a short time later as I moved up behind the girl in front of me at the register, she yelled at me again, I was to close to the girl in front of me and it was THE LAW. Now I'm steaming after she takes her time with the person in front, staring at me the whole time, I finally get up there, prepare to show her my receipt and she rings it up, telling me how much it is. "I already paid for it", she says "sorry you should have told me". I exclaimed "I did, you just ignored me". I stalked out and dont plan to go back. A good argument to do all specialty shopping on Amazon and Ebay. The old guy and weather station are the only reason...
