I got the $15 wash. I ended up paying $30. Here's why. The on-screen prompt is set up to make it look and flow like any other app, program, or anything else digital that we use. I selected what I thought to be "please make sure this is the wash you want" in order to proceed. I hit next, and my receipt was already being printed out and it read "total: $30". I looked at my receipt and it turned out that the button I pressed was an add-on for an additional $15 wax, which I didn't need. I'm not a novice to tech by any means. In fact, I could already tell this was a common problem among customers because the guy who sprays your car before you enter the wash already knew what I was upset about before I approached him and had an answer ready, which was "I can give you a $15 wash next time you come in". Instead of going through the hassle of refunding the transaction to my card, I went through with it. I'm just making sure I'm not coming back here to support a business that deliberately tries to rip you off right in front...
Read moreI got the $6 basic wash. Not bad, my only complaints are that the soap wasn't 100% washed off and the dryers didn't dry completely, left some water spots and the sap and small dirt scratches didn't quite get washed off my car. In my experience these express car washes never 100% wash and dry my car anyways though.
Free vacuums is included even with basic package. They have okay suction but it's a little difficult because they don't have any precision vacuum hoses for the tight cracks. The pressure air hose was necessary to finish drying off my side view mirrors, although they have a package with spot free rinse but I don't know if it works well.
You pay through a kiosk with card (or cash as well I believe) and workers get up to assist you for aligning your car with the belt, and sprayed some water or something around my car to prep it.
Overall, it's pretty much what I expected in an express car wash and I got...
Read moreHad a wonderful time at the Halloween car wash. Iâm not easily spooked, but they jump scared me a few times. The girl who got in the back seat and just stared at my passenger for 4 minutes straight really freaked him out. We enjoyed watching other cars get terrorized too. Cudos to the guy who took a stuffed turkey cat toy out of the car and then threw it back in as we were about to enter the wash tunnel with the epic line âyou guys are turkeysâ. Glad he didnât find the other âtoysâ in the trunk. Hahaha.
I laughed myself silly when they opened the doors inside the car wash, especially during the dry cycle. I wasnât expecting a hair blow out that made me look like Don King, but it was a riot. We still laugh about it and weâll be back in 2022 for...
