Okay, I had to change my review. Although the kids working tonight—August 2, 2025, between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM—were nice, one of them, a boy who took my order, gave me a reason to speak up. After placing my order, I came back in to pick it up and noticed him standing in the back, where customers can see, on his phone. He had it lying on the boxes where the food goes—knowing full well that phones touch all kinds of unsanitary surfaces outside of work.
He then touched a bottle of what I assume is oil or butter—something they use above the area where they box the pizzas—and added it to my order. He packed the food right after handling his phone, without wearing gloves. He probably touched his face at some point too. Does he wash his hands after touching the trash? Does this location use gloves at all?
When I mentioned this to the girl who handed me my order, she said she had told him multiple times not to do that. Is he hard of hearing, or does he just not care?
I don’t want him to lose his job or have his possible mini-livelihood ruined—he seemed really young. But he needs to be retrained or at the very least told not to do this in full view of customers who are about to eat the food he handles. And if nothing else, he should be wearing clean gloves after touching his phone.
I mean, he is at work. He shouldn’t have his phone on him at all, period. Either the management isn’t being firm enough, or his parents failed to teach him responsibility.
I wasn’t going to ask for a refund or make a scene, but this needs to be addressed—or I won’t hesitate to warn others not to visit this...
Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas, crazy bread and a 2 liter online. The pizzas were so soggy and greasy so I called to ask to refund me for the 2 pizzas. I sat on hold for 32 minutes before I finally hung up. Have screenshot to prove it. Called back, explained what happened. The woman said hold for a minute. She set the phone down instead of putting me on hold. I could here a man's voice, with an attitude say" she got her pizzas and now she wants a refund an hour later." It took me 25 minutes to get home as I bought it near an appointment my grandson had and not near where I live. Then I sat on hold for 32 minutes. Then a man got on the phone and said "we can't just refund just the pizzas, they would have to refund the whole order". So I said please do that then, after leaving me on hold for so long. He said "ok, let me figure this out" came back to the phone 10 minutes later and told me that they can't refund the pizzas unless I drive all the wY back to show them the pizza. I said I could send a picture, you can clearly see how greasy it is. Nope. Nothing they can do. I'm so mad. Between being on hold and and calling back,I spent almost 50 minutes on the phone with them. We literally ate 1 piece each and our stomachs are churning from the greasy, soggy, gross pizza. I dont recommend this location. I'm been eating Little Ceasars for 40 years and have never gotten a nasty pizza like this before. Bad pizza and bad...
Read moreNever stepping foot at this Little Caesars Pizza EVER again. Every time I go in and order they take more than 30 minutes for my order. In the most recent experience, they gave out the pizzas for free and their money back to two guys who were in front of me and did not acknowledge my order until I had to go and tell them. At this point, it had been an hour when I approached them and asked for my order. I got my money back, but I did not get any of my pizza's. When I asked why I did not get my pizza's with the money back the manager's answer was "Ohh its because they are assistant managers and do not know what they are doing." That really infuriated me because they wasted my time and felt like I got treated unfairly. If the the assistant managers do not know what they are doing then please TRAIN THEM. REALLY...
