I visited your store twice with my kids. The first time, the experience was pleasant and the customer service was good. Unfortunately, the second visit was the complete opposite—it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We were treated like we didn’t matter, like our presence wasn’t appreciated at all.
I won’t be coming back, and I won’t be recommending your business to anyone. There are plenty of other jewelry stores around that understand how to treat people with basic respect and courtesy.
The poor treatment upset me so much that I genuinely considered opening a jewelry store next door, selling at cost—not for profit, but just to show you how a customer-focused business should be run. But the truth is, you’re not worth that kind of energy or time.
Good service isn’t just about making a good first impression—it’s about consistency. And what made it worse is that my children had to witness the cold and dismissive behavior. It was embarrassing and completely unacceptable.
