Alright, so I am hoping to reach those that are looking for honest feedback of my experience as a 32yr old working class person. I lived at Revo for 1 year during 2024. All of my interactions with staff and maintenance were pleasant. I had a bedroom light and bathroom fan go out, but within 2 days each item was addressed by the maintenance team. Very professional. The walls seemed thick, and I never heard a peep from neighbors. My upstairs neighbor did walk extremely heavy and had off work hours so that got loud and inconvenient, but cant to nothing about that in a multi level apartment. The atmosphere of the complex was low key, and people mostly stayed to themselves. I lived by the pool, so at night it got pretty lively by the jacuzzi, but never had issues with sound since their are enforced quiet hours. I utilized the amenities pretty often and they were never overcrowded and easy to access. The jacuzzi did go out of service from time to time, but I did not use it that much to be an inconvenience. I booked their rec space a couple of times and had a great experience hosting larger groups. My general rating of the Revo complex itself is 4stars. Parking: I was provided a single space at time of signing. My fiancé and I had requested 2 parking spots initially, but were put on a list to be notified when spaces are available. Throughout my year living there, we never had any luck getting another space. They have a parking app that you can utilize to reserve a day pass. You get 10-15 free parking passes a month, but have to pay daily if you need any extra. Montly cost for our extra car was roughly $180. Tow trucks come every morning at 4am and tow cars that are not registered in the app. I had my car towed twice because of my negligence to update my parking pass overnight. My fault, but be WARNED to stay vigilant on updating the pass to avoid a $500 fee to pick up your car down the street at the tow yard. Rental Deposit: Upon signing the lease, the leasing office staff at revo warned me to take photos of the unit before and after I moved in/out because there is a known issue with their property management company Greystar. I took all of my photos and made sure I saved them just in case. While I lived there, I was very clean and respectful, cleaned constantly, never made any holes in the wall, and never caused any sort of damage/stain. I also cleaned the place thoroughly when I moved out. Despite my efforts, I was not refunded my deposit and even had additional fees of $11 measly dollars. I reached out to Greystar immediately with photo documentation with the invoice backup. I did not receive a response for 2.5 months, just to be told that they forwarded the $11 to a debt collector and they could no longer assist with my inquiry because they did not manage the account anymore. They also did not respond to my request for proof of damage. Still going through that currently.. That part left a sour taste in my mouth.. Large disconnected management companies with processes focused on profits.. I would say, beware of Greystar managed properties and set your expectations to not get back your deposit when signing a lease so your not caught off guard. Neighborhood: The dog park across the street was nice. We did not have a dog, but my fiancé and I would like to pass the park on walks and it seemed like a great dog community with alot of owners bringing their dogs. There is also aa nice kids playground a couple of blocks away that I would take my nieces to whenever I had family visit. The area seemed nice, but my fiance did have a bad experience being harassed by a homeless person while she was running one day towards the bridge, west of the stadium. Angels games never caused too much traffic. The traffic control was well organized and you can quickly get to the apartment if you take the right streets. The app enforced parking also ensured there was always a spot to park in. Hope this...

Current Resident's Concern—Lease Renewal & Treatment by REVO Gables
I rarely write negative reviews, but I refuse to be bullied, scapegoated, or taken advantage of. I write this with great disappointment.
I have lived at REVO (formerly REVO Greystar, now REVO Gables) for almost 4.5 years as a respectful, law-abiding tenant and a hardworking mother of a family with special needs. I’ve always treated staff with kindness, and many have reciprocated and made this community feel like home.
Our maintenance and cleaning crews work hard every single day. We have a security crew I can trust. I know everyone here working ,by their name.
I’ve supported REVO through positive reviews in the past, and I’ve even offered to volunteer and build a stronger sense of community here since 2021 by organizing, promoting, and hosting community events for families, teens, singletons, and married couples alike.
But the way REVO Gables has handled my recent lease renewal is unacceptable. After months of emails, office visits, and calls, I was verbally and in writing offered a renewal lease by their now-former sales manager, starting March 2025—a reasonable and market-aligned rate, which I accepted. This was confirmed verbally and in writing, with multiple witnesses, from staff and residents alike. Then came complete silence ,for weeks. I came to find out the sales manager was fired, and suddenly management denied any knowledge of the agreement.
When I sought clarity, I was met with aggression and denial in the office—an unprofessional and intimidating experience that left others and myself visibly shaken. I was disrespected in front of staff and other residents. Then to be met with a new lease offer of hundreds of dollars more than agreed upon after months of unresponsiveness is not only unfair but also feels like retaliation. Especially considering I’ve paid significantly above market since going month-to-month in 2022, high premiums for sure, no savings there.
Now I’m being pressured to sign a new renewal lease—a drastic increase—despite knowing units like mine sat vacant for months and were recently listed for much less.
This experience with management has left me deeply disheartened.
My unit has dealt with faulty HVAC, sinks that simply collapsed due to improper installation and flooded our kitchen, sewage backups, failed appliances—you name it, we’ve dealt with it. Through it all, I stayed patient, I stayed loyal, and I paid on time.
Shoutout to the amazing people I’ve met here—many of whom left because of how this place is run.
But enough is enough. I love my home and OUR community—however, this treatment by current management is simply wrong. I hope REVO Gables reconsiders how they treat long-standing, respectful residents.
In closing: REVO Gables, do better. Take care of the residents who care about this community. Because right now, all I see is profit over people.
The review below was 5 Stars. I wrote additional reviews across other platforms,REVO GREYSTAR. My family has been renting at REVO since 2021. We have always felt safe here. Read moreIf I could give this 0 stars, I would. Initially the tour that we took of the place, made it seem super nice with luxurious amenities, a dream come true. But once the tour was over and we started living there, it was an absolute nightmare come to life. Putting high level reasons of why Revo is a joke to live in:
Safety/security Mail room was broken into multiple times, doors were broken Cameras don't work, so you can't even find who stole your stuff We had multiple packages stolen, even on the first week. It got to a point where we had to have our mail/packages shipped to our parents' house There was an incident where the tires were stolen off of 4 different vehicles There were reports of homeless people sleeping in the pool area Many residents did not feel safe to the point that we had a group chat going on to monitor suspicious activities
Amenities Gates to get into the parking structure were CONSTANTLY broken Elevators were constantly broken You couldn't count on Building Management staff to send out the emails to tell us when stuff was broken Website was wonky at best - there were months where the Autopay feature didn't withdraw utilities, and you had to do it yourself, kinda defeating the purpose of Autopay You were given a limited number of guest parking spaces/month (I think 5?). And you had to print out the pass. And you had to get a guest pass even if your guest was only there for a few minutes. I had someone come for less than an hour, and their car was towed. Yes, there's a tow truck that circles within the garage looking for victims
Environment Super thin walls and floors, you can always hear your neighbors Since the building is next to Angels stadium, you can expect traffic at all times. And the noise pollution that comes from the traffic Everything was extremely dirty. There was trash on the floors of the trash rooms, the floors of the elevators, and the parking spaces Staff The staff member who initially gave us the tour is no longer there; it seemed like a high turnover rate We asked for an inspection prior to moving out, and sent a form with the date that best worked for us. No inspection was done, no calls/emails to confirm the inspection either Staff who came into the apartment to fix various items did not offer to wear shoe covers, muddying up our apartment We were asked to find parking elsewhere while the staff did a deep cleaning/power wash of the parking spaces. There's no public street parking nearby... We had issues getting our deposit back after moving out. Lease ended on 4/15. The initial check was issued on 4/26, and they had issued a check for $30.54 (deposit was $600). We called multiple times and left multiple voicemails to request an itemized copy of the charges. After no response, we decided to email them on 5/17 to ask for the itemized list of charges, along with any pictures as proof of "damages", as we had taken pictures when we moved out as well. Their response was that they would "work with receivables team to adjust the deposit". We had to follow up every week just for some sort of update. In the end, they somehow found an additional $365.48, but check was not issued until 6/19.
TL;DR: Safety is a joke, amenities constantly undergoing repairs with minimal notice, and management is slow and unreliable. They charge "luxury apartment" prices, but nothing about it feels luxurious. If you live here, make sure to get your itemized charges, review the bills, and fight for...
