EVERYONE ASK BEFORE THEY PRINT IF THERE IS A DESIGN FEE AND EXPRESS GUARANTEE FEE. I'm sure some of the employees are good here as I've been to this staples before and never had issues but the guy at the print service with long hair was I think purposely overcharging me. I went in after submitting my photos I needed printed out well over the 1 hour needed and showed him my email code he pulled the pictures up on his computer and said to shop around because he needed to resize them. As we shopped around a little bit we decided to see how much longer it would be because we would just go out to eat when I asked him he said it's going to be a bit longer and I'm going to have to charge you a $10 design fee since I have to resize all of these. I was not wanting to deal with the hassle going somewhere else so I agreed and told him he should of been upfront with me after all he just wasted our time shopping around before telling us that. Anyways when we came back to pick up the photos he was like I will cut them for you and I thought he was being nice and I said ok and then he said I will only charge you for one cut instead of all of them and I said nevermind as here goes another charge. Then when it was time to checkout he charged me an express guarantee fee twice for two different amounts. I asked him why that was on there twice and he said it was for two jobs he separated. Going home thinking about it I may be wrong on it because I can't seem to find out anywhere online but I don't think I should of been charged an express guarantee fee because we submitted our photos way before a hour before arriving. As far as the photos go they looked ok but not nearly as good for his design fee service. Needless to say I won't be coming back here because of him. Great service. I needed "fancy paper" for a project we were working on and the only "fancy paper" they had was $20 and had way more sheets then I needed. I was not going to pay that much. So I mentioned something to the manager and he very graciously suggested to me to use the copy and print Center and they could print out what I needed.
