Hadn't been to this location in a while, happened to be nearby and decided to eat here despite how busy. Ordered dine in through the app. Paid alot of extra money for extra salad toppings as well as nearly $6 for macaroni instead of fries with my nugget meal which ended up being nearly $20 on it's own. The macaroni was dried and crusty and burnt and smells terrible. No extras on my salad, even the tomatoes. There were two whole tomatoes on the entire salad and I paid for extra tomatoes as well. The nuggets are literally the size of quarter and for two combo meals and a plain salad was $42. None of the food was edible. My daughter was starving so she choked down her food. Mine is still sitting in the car next to me. I attempted to go up to the counter and get some help and they acted like they did me a favor and had an attitude and gave me some shriveled slice tomatoes instead of the cherry tomatoes up that belong on a salad. After the failed attempt to get help at the counter, I then tried to call their customer service number while still sitting in the restaurant. Hoping to get some help from them. They acted like they had some sympathy even though I told them I was still in the restaurant and was trying to get some help. They only offered a couple of free men new items to be added to my app. I then explained to them that I would prefer to have my money returned since I just spent 42 dollars on stuff that was literally going in the garbage because it was inedible. I was then told that they would have to ask the operator of the store and it would be at their discretion and could take days and that they would also not be able to give me anything on my account. I explained that the closest location other than this one is under remodel and is closed. I do not want to drive 30 minutes to another store. I would just like to have my money back. Since they've failed to do anything for me to make this right, I am going to post on here so that hopefully other people won't have the same experience. Read moreAbsolutely horrendous. I do not know what is going on at this Chick-fil-A but I live in Hutton County and all the Chick-fil-A’s near me are absolutely wonderful. Great service, friendly staff great operations great food.
Here, however I will never come back to this Chick-fil-A, not only was I waiting in the drive-through for a Mobile order for almost 10 minutes after 9 PM, the staff at the door wasn’t talking to me at all was greeting at all, they were acting like they were in some kind of sorority and they were gossiping. I don’t understand why you would hire anybody that would be lazy and not engaging at all. They had their back facing to me the entire time.
Then to the girls dropped one of my bags, and they tried to see if I had seen it, I told them yes I saw that and that they need to remake it. I am served safe certified in food and alcohol, so I was not about to take something that was dropped.
Then I asked to speak to a manager, and one of the girls asked “About what?” I responded, saying it doesn’t matter. So Nathan came over and he was very nice. He was very polite and I’m sorry that he was stuck with the staff that just doesn’t care. Nathan was able to get my food remade and I appreciate that however after getting home, my sandwich was missing from my order.
Very upsetting experience, I don’t know if I have the option to contact corporate, but this is very disappointing for the Chick-fil-A brand.
Highly recommend hiring outside consultation to help train your staffing basic customer service because whoever trained them needs...
Read moreBetween drive-thru, pickup, and delivery I’ve ordered from this location at least 20 times over the years. I’ve never once, not even a single time, gotten a completely correct order. Unfortunately, with my wife’s dietary restrictions, my family is limited on the number of restaurants we can visit, so that’s why we continue to order despite constant disappointment and frustration. Avoid delivery 100%. Cold food and missing items every time. Chik fil a will put the blame on DoorDash, and DoorDash will do their best not to help you.
I will also note that since the remodel I’ve almost gotten hit by a car three times walking into the store from the parking lot. Be careful.
One more thing. The last time I made a pickup order I was waiting with one other guy. The employee sat both of our food bags on the counter and then proceeded to get the other guy’s drinks. After that I figured he’d get mine, but he then proceeded to offer to help the guy walk out his two food bags and one drink carrier to his car in the parking lot. I stood at the counter watching my food get cold while this kid spent five minutes helping someone who was completely capable of handling this task on his own. During that time I was ignored by all the other employees in his place who could have easily grabbed me two lemonades. This is fast food people. Oh, and even though I had the same amount of bags and a carrier, I received no offer for help....
