I ordered online at 3:45 with a scheduled delivery time of 6pm. I was notified via the tracker that the order was out for delivery at 6:04pm - late but since we are close to the store figured it would be there shortly. At 6:49pm I called the restaurant because I had not received the order. At that time I was notified that because the location had no delivery drivers available they were using Door Dash. I was then notified that Door Dash never picked up the order and the order was still at the store. I was told the order would be remade and I could pick it up in 15 min. I arrived and I was initially given the old food..only because I checked the order and said are you sure you gave me the freshly made order. I was told yes it was. When i said That what I was provided was not the full order - it was missing the mini Cinnamon rolls. I was told they were in a box that contained a pizza. I had to reopen the box to prove I didn’t have the item. I was then told I didn’t order 3 pizzas to which I then had to show my email recipe. The manager then came up to the front and I asked again if this was new order or the old…he then went back into the hot store box and pulled out the freshly made order. I was given half off the order only via a future purchase credit. The manager really wanted to blame Door Dash but the reality is while Door Dash has blame, they should have a system to confirm orders are picked up via Door Dash or at least communicate in a timely manner to customers that Door Dash will not pick up the order so that I could have driven the 5 min to pick it up or when ordering delivery not provided as an option if delivery drivers aren’t available. I was led to believe via the tracking texts that the order was on its way which is why I didn’t call sooner. Upon arriving home, I question the freshly made part of the order for the food we had. I was charged 3.99 for delivery and provided a $5.00 tip in addition to the food. So a full refund of that amount meant I was provided a $12 discount on a $34 food order (excluding tip/delivery charge) that can only be recovered on a future order. Read morePlaced an order yesterday evening. Not sure what was wrong with the food, but it was all me and my family ate since breakfast. We were up all night running to the bathroom, coming out of both ends. I called Pizza Hut this morning to speak with a manager to let them know what happened and the lady was not concerned AT ALL, said since I was the only complaint that they could do nothing. I explained maybe something was done to just my order. She asked what I wanted done out of this, and I said well, a refund would be good. The order was not even $35. She said she had to call me back. A few moments later, she called me back and said that the manager above her said I had to go to the hospital, me and my family, to get a HOSPITAL REPORT saying we had food poisoning because otherwise they did not believe me. I NEVER heard of such a thing. Let's all go to the hospital which we cannot AFFORD the ER to get a report for a order under $35?? She was unapologetically snide and rude. One of the workers claimed it was put through the oven twice, but she made another one anyways. Then, after the new pizza went through once, she asked "is this well done enough?" Should've said no, but I didn't have ANOTHER 15 minutes to wait, since it should've been correct the first time. I ate it because I was hungry, even though it was disgusting and tasted a lil funny. About two hours after eating it, I started feeling nauseous. It's been 24 hours later and I'm still nauseous, stomach aches, fever, body aches, dehydration, chills... and so many more symptoms. I clearly have food poisoning and I wonder why. Is it because they messed up my order and I brought it back for them to fix it?
