Just had to run in so they could fix a problem with my online print order. The guy working the print counter was also working the Amazon returns counter. He was great. I didnāt get his name but he was so nice and helpful. He was running back and forth working as fast as he could while 3 other employees just sat behind one of the registers on their phone, or drinking a soda. I understand that one of them was probably supposed to stay back there but I find it very hard to believe that there was NO ONE who could jump in and help him for a few minutes. I was in there for about an half an hour just waiting in line. Not including him trying to print things for people and do the returns. He was great. Everyone else who was working and didnāt glance over at the fact he was busy and had 2 long lines...
