Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Union Township

Third time in 3 weeks 1 went through the drive thru and something was wrong with my order. 2 times there was no cheese for the 3 way and once I asked for extra crackers and got NO crackers. Defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru when you have to drive back around the building and go in to get the items you should have gotten. This afternoon I went and obviously no one knows NOT to put a Chili deluxe burrito on its side. I have contacted the corporate office about this . See the picture below of my burrito. My husbands 3 way was also sideways at some point because the bag was full of the liquid from the chili. The bags of crackers which I was surprised I even got were covered in the liquid from the chili and I had to clean them off before I could open them. I guess from now on I will just have to go in to order Carry out since I always end up...

I came in tonight 20mins before closing (not realizing it at first), but I was politely greeted and my order was taken without hesitation. When I realized they closed at 8 I mentioned it to the waitress Brittany and she said "no worries, take your time". As I sat there a few more people walked in, a couple walking in even 5mins before closing (probably like me didn't read the temporary sign) but again they were politely greeted and their orders taken. All employees were polite and seemed to be hard working, noone was rude that they were most likely going to have to stay late to clear out their lobby. Skyline is one of my favorite places to grab a last minute dinner and this location was great... Thanks to the closing waitress Brittany...

My friend and I met in Cincinnati with our teenage daughters for a girls' weekend. We had to try Skyline chili during our visit and came to this location. A man at a nearby table spoke to us, asked about our weekend, and gave recommend ations on things to do in the area. Later the waitress came to tell us he had comped our bill entirely.He was the manager and we didn't know that as we spoke to him! What a super nice gesture for these out of town guests! We'll certainly be back! The food was great too, the 5 way chili especially hit the spot. The service was very attentive and the restaurant was clean.
