Yes it is Starbucks. However, it is in Safeway, and run by Safeway employees, with slightly higher prices. Service is often much slower than a corporate Starbucks, since usually it is only 1 or 2 employees, and if one goes on break the other is left alone, no matter how busy. Safeway does not provide coverage for staff on break. Also, drinks are more likely to be made incorrectly. The area for the line is cramped, near the entrance/exit and it is hard to Social Distance with all the foot traffic and carts. All that said, the location is convenient. They staff is usually very friendly, even when busy. Shout out to Michelle, she is the best. Like a corporate location, they do remember what people regularly order. Starbucks cards and the App can be used to pay, but you cannot preorder with the App.

Thank you for this opportunity. Several years before the "unfortunate incident". The local Starbucks moved to Red Bluff. I was excited as my daughter and I had a joint venture at my cafe. Her venue was "The Mud" room. A casual friendly place on Hgw 36. In Tehama Co. I decided to check out your newest establishment. I waited in line and at the same time was fascinated by the assortment of "goodies" for sale. I must have lapsed, for a second as the next voice was the "barista" asking me to "step out of the line" if I was not rea dy to order. I did! ,with haste to the exit door. I don't pay extra...

I don't know how Starbucks has gotten so big...im only putting my two cents in because I went to a Safeway that has a starpukes inside and it popped up on my phone....their coffee is terrible, always burnt and served by kids who act like I'm bothering them ( when I was asked by my wife to get her a cup, now i refuse to spend any money there )....I tell my wife it's for weak minded people who feel the need to be trendy or hip and want to get taken for a 7 dollar drink..she still goes...I like to find small coffee shops in my travels...people who work hard and are proud to serve a...
