I stop here daily for the dunkin donuts part of the gas station. This morning I needed a couple of things from the actual store tho, one thing I needed was a car charger. After I paid for it & was handed the receipt I asked "is this the receipt I use to bring this back if it doesn't work?" The cashier said "no." I said "not to return it but to exchange it." Again she said "no." Then added "all sales are final, there's a sign up saying so". I go to look for the sign and first of all you have to be 6 feet tall to see it, which I'm barely over 5 feet, & second of all the sign was hidden behind a mirror! You could barely see half the letters! Now I completely understand not wanting people to buy something & return it to a convenience store but to not exchange it if said product doesn't work?!?!?! That to me is a scam. How am I supposed to know it won't work until I try it?? So basically you're out $15-$20 if you buy it and it doesn't work. I don't know about you but I really don't want to lose that much. Had I seen the sign or been told PRIOR to being handed my receipt I would NOT have bought it. The guy that works in this store is rude. How they have a 5 Star is beyond me unless the employees are rating this and cheating. The manager is mean to his customers and has no respect for anyone not even his employees. I'm turning him in to BBB because of what he has done again and again to my husband.
