My experience first off started really great at this store but then quickly the problems started to escalate. Joe did not do well with explaining the my plan nor was I informed on my proration period for my billing cycle. I ordered the new iPhone 14 pro and new se watch keep in mind I was given the wrong case to buy and the wrong screen protector was put on my phone by their store. Sarah is about the only person that knows what they are doing at that store in my opinion. They management could use a lot of work as they are very pushy and don’t take the time to help. For example I haven’t been able to get into my account for 2 months since I ordered the phone. Therefore I could not see my bill. I was told to call 611 so I did. They were very confused on why the management couldn’t fix the problem and asked me to go into the store. So I called and was rushed off the phone by this store. While my husband and I understand sales and how they work (as we work in sales ourselves) Mike kept adding things onto our bill that we were not told about and did not ask for. When we asked for the break down and told him we did not want the protection plan he says word by word “well they’re $1000 phones it’s common sense you would want the protection plan”. Then kept fighting us when we told him to take the protection plan off. It takes a lot to get myself upset but he also kept talking to me (a women) like I was stupid and didn’t understand when I denied the DirectTV he was trying to push on us. We were not even allowed past the gatekeeper at the Emily Drive store. We were having minor issues with a new google watch that I had purchased for my father for Christmas. While I was in the middle of explaining the issue this so-called employee cut me off and said we do not help with those kind of off the wall issues in the retail store (when he had not even listened to the whole problem because he interrupted me).
