Burger King — Restaurant in Clarksburg

My son and his family were in a motor vehicle accident on May 26, 2017. The police brought them here afterwards to wait for a ride. The staff was so kind and understanding! My granddaughter had turned 1 that day, and my other two grandkids are 3 and 5. The employee on the floor told my son that could order whatever they wanted, on them. They couldn't eat; they were too shaken up following the rear-ending they took going through construction on I-79.

The manager Jenna ending up bringing the kids ice cream cones after awhile. I wish I could remember the name of the other woman who took such great care of them. She's from California, works another job (maybe at a hospital), and fills in a couple times a month. Whoever you are, you were an absolute angel during a very stressful time.

Came by here for a quick lunch after stopping by Walmart being this location is right next to Walmart, anyway i ordered two whoppers and two Jr whoppers, with side of fries. Where do I begin? Oh yeah the food sucked, the buns were hard and stale, the burger pattys seemed very dry with no flavor. All the sandwiches were messy and just thrown together pretty much. The fries were cold. After returning to fix the order the employees gave me nothing but issues and were not friendly at all. The manager, Mike I believe didn’t seem to care and just wanted me gone. One employee looked at the food I previously ordered and said “it’s fine” with an attitude. This all left me baffled so i decided I just wanted a refund. Got my refund and promise this the last time I go to any Burger King. Next time, I’ll just find...

I ordered a cheeseburger without any special instructions. Nobody was in line behind me but it was clear the drive through was busy. I watched 3 families come in, get over flowing trays of food and leave. Initially when I inquired it turned out they had cleared my order without giving it to me. The second time (5 min later) when I asked if there was a specific reason a straightforward cheeseburger was taking so much longer than full trays of food the response was full on attitude. My kids like the play area here but we won’t be coming back. Too many other options including multiple other Burger kings. 15 min wait for 1 cheeseburger with full trays of orders after mine...
