GameStop — Local services in Clarksburg

Update 9-9-23 General manager is an absolute trashcan, and had his entire staff walk out on him. The guy is a joke, and after hearing what kind of person he is, this gamestop is no longer a stop of mine.

Big change and the management is amazing. 2 star to 5 star for me!

Update 2017. Bought a controller used and although the manager says it's not defective, on screen it shows bad pull on the left stick.I just wanted an even swap to a used controller with no pull. If you have go to GameStop around this area, go to the mall where they actually know how to take care of people.

Im done with this place and will never go back. I paid 50 dollars for the controller used to have an extra, and when I finally got to use it, it doesn't work properly. This GameStop is the old GameStop mentality of money first and Customer service doesn't exist. Meadowbrook mall has a customers first mentality, and will help...

Always such a good experience visiting this store. The appearance of the store is always neat and in order. There is always some kind of good sale going on. My kids (and occasionally husband) love to come here to purchase all of their games, consoles, accessories, gift cards, live cards, funko pop figures, and other trinkets. If they don't have something in stock, they usually can get it, or will guide you to a location that does. We'll be over shopping in walmart and my son will say "I'm going to walk to gamestop and talk to Brad"..."I gotta ask him this and that"...Brad and the rest of the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. This store deserves it's...

If I could give a zero I would. I was told by corporate that they could put all preorders on a gift card to GameStop as I have moved and all preorders are out but due to my mother passing away and me having to move I no longer live in this state and getting them to transfer when they don’t answer there phones is a problem. All I can say don’t preorder things that don’t have release dates then life can change its plans and they won’t send them to you.Rebecca even sold a preorder that was on hold for me knowing I was flying in.. don’t buy from this store..they are...
