20230113 Been coming to this place since it opened and never disappointed. They have the special meals listed on a board at the entrance and I highly recommend trying out these limited time meals they are fantastic. All of the classic meals are still as great as always we have our favorites and get them often and the taste hasent changed. Great service to boot as well. If you get there and they have a wait it's worth the wait you won't be disappointed.

20211124 So I have now eaten at this restaurant four different times and every time I go I am delighted with a new item and flavor from this restaurant I have no complaints of the staff or the service. This is one restaurant I would strongly suggest to go to if you're looking for good sushi or Asian food even if you have particular tastes.

Me and my family now eat at the restaurant almost on a weekly basis the staff and owner are great people and the food is still fantastic on Fridays and Saturdays there could be a wait but it is definitely worth it. They also have weekly specials as well. A grade A place...

Very frustrating. Service used to be TOP NOTCH!! However this time around was very disappointing. Only two other tables had patrons. It took 10 mins for them to take our order. Once it was taken about 30 mins later only 2 of our 5 guests got their food. 15 mins later someone in our party asked the server why only 2 got their meals instead of serving everyone together. He blamed it on their Sushi taking longer to prepare. Within 2 mins he brought the sushi out. A few mins later he brought out another meal. Then another 5 he brought out the last meal. Food wasn't bad just not hot like the usual. The chicken was way over cooked and not hot. Almost like they let it sit on the grill in the corner where I saw other food sitting for 10 plus mins. Very strange.

NOW DURING the whole time waiting on the meals they keep getting takeout orders fulfilled. They cooked and prepared 6 different takeout orders before serving us even one meal.

I will try one more time to dine at Tokyo but if it's the same service...

I wasn't going to leave a review, but since the guy was rude and tried to avoid giving me a refund, I'll leave a warning for others. This place is not what it used to be. The quality has dropped sharply. I got California roles and sashimi, and not only was the sashimi not fresh (it honestly looked like regular store bought salmon, which is NOT safe to eat raw), the second roll I was about to eat had a piece of plastic in it! The man at the register at first didn't believe there was plastic until I showed him, and then tried to refuse the refund because it was only in the rolls so the fish must be fine to eat, according to him. He then told me to go back to China if I didn't like it. I will never come here again. Eventually got my refund from the very pissed man. I'm lucky I hadn't eaten the...
