While visiting my son at University of Michigan, I came across this gem of a store. I am a collector of vintage jewelry and the occasional vintage trinket. Arcadian antiques offers one of the best selections of vintage jewelry and various other vintage items that I’ve come across! I have purchased four items from them - the last three purchases were a matching crystal in platinum necklace and bracelet set and a beautiful garnet set in 18 karat gold. I was in sort of in a rush to receive my items so that I would have them before my sister’s wedding in Hawaii. As soon as I told the sales clerk.– I apologize I don’t remember her name – She was on it. My initial order was for just the necklace and the ring and she thought enough to give me a call and let me know that they had the matching bracelet to the necklace. What a delight to own and wear such beautiful pieces!

They put my ring resizing on the fast track so that I would have it for the wedding. All of my items were received within six days! What a relief and a joy to experience these beautiful, vintage pieces!

I’ve read a couple of reviews that were quite negative and I respectfully disagree. The customer service was on point. It was a pleasant experience to browse their beautiful pieces and find that one that spoke to me. No pressure for sales, which I like. And a very knowledgeable purchasing network throughout the world. Pricing was very fair for what I was purchasing. I have quite a bit of experience with purchasing antiques, especially jewelry, and I don’t understand the negative review stating that the prices were too high. On the contrary, they were very, very fair in their pricing. Thank you to the Arcadian antiques team for an stress-free, wonderful shopping experience. I was interested in a wedding ring for myself. My fiancé liked antiques so I purchased an antique engagement ring for her from another site. I searched for many weeks before finding arcadian antiques for my own wedding band that I was interested in. I emailed them and was connected with Bailey the owners daughter who helped me out. The ring I wanted wasn't my size so it kind of deflated my hunt for an antique band. She emailed me a few days later and said she just got something in that was my size and wondered if I was interested in a few pictures to see if it suited my liking. I ended up purchasing that ring for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. Bailey thought of me out of all the people I'm sure she responds to in a day, and thought I may like this particular ring. I've never had service like that before. After only a couple of correspondence emails she picked up on what I was interested in and kept me in mind with incoming pieces of jewelry that I may like. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Arcadian Antiques and their level of dedication to their potential customers. The ring arrived safely and beautifully with no problems. It even came with a handwritten, personalized note from Bailey thanking me for my purchase and to let them know that it arrived safely and securely. The whole Arcadian Antiques team truly cares about their items and wants to make sure they arrive safe and sound for your enjoyment. That really made me feel special and like my ring was cared about. I can't say enough for this small business and their dedication to antique rings. If I ever am in need of jewelry I will definitely be looking at their site first. This review is far too long overdue, mainly because I was not sure how I could clearly and concisely convey how much I love The Arcadian Antiques. My husband and I bought both my engagement ring and my wedding band at the Arcadian. Rhonda and her staff are at once remarkably knowledgeable and modest. They allow guests to peruse and admire antiques without pressuring you for a sale. Ask them a question, though, and they can provide detailed information on any of the pieces in the store.

Rhonda in particular is without compare. Antiquing has been a hobby of mine for some time, and I have not yet met another professional that can match her knowledge and compassion. I moved to California a while ago, and recently needed repairs to my antique wedding ring. I visited several shops near me in CA, but was not comfortable entrusting my ring to any of them. I contacted Rhonda who helped talk me through what exactly needed to be done to repair my ring. She suggested that I ship the ring back to her store, providing detailed instructions as well as kind words to ease my worries. Rhonda was able to facilitate the repairs in a short amount of time, and I am happy to say my beautiful ring is gracing my finger once again.

I will not hesitate to reach out to Rhonda for any additional questions that I have, and will go nowhere else for my antiquing needs!
