Great store, service was excellent when it came to picking out a shirt. But, beware the return policy is strict if you're dealing with the manager Nick. He flat out denied a return of a shirt I wore once for two hours. To me, he came off as rude and was very short with me, which is the whole reason for this review. I've worked plenty of customer service jobs before, and have never once given any customer short responses or any sort of attitude.

I'm not someone who usually writes reviews, but my visit to Van Boven left me no choice. Teddy and Hank were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgable, professional and did a great job of not trying to upsell. They simply helped me find the suit that was best for me. I walked into Van Boven Clothing today for a suit measurement. I met with Tammy and Hank and was absolutely delighted at their professionalism and welcoming nature.
