Sarah at the Main Street Rally House location in Ann Arbor is a rockstar!!! She not only helped me place an order in store for merchandise that wasn't available at that particular location, she also helped me with issue resolution when my order still hadn't shipped 9 days later due to a corporate coding error of sorts. She guided me through the process, gave me all information she could provide, stayed calm (when I was panicking that the Christmas gift may not arrive in time now) and even called corporate herself to remedy the issue. She even called me back, as promised, to give me my new information, tracking number and ensure my needs were met. If it weren't for her, this gift would have been lost in a store somewhere - and my bank account already charged. She saved me TONS of time during my busy workweek going above and beyond for someone she didn't even know. Thank you, Sarah, for providing stellar customer service and making my day!
