I'd like to preface by saying that customer service at the Annapolis location was great. Everyone at the Annapolis store was kind and helpful.
We received the notification that our items were ready for pick up on Tuesday. When we got to the Annapolis pick up point, we were told the College Park warehouse had mistakenly sent our itmes to Gaithersburg and they wouldn't be back to Annapolis until Friday. In their defence, the Annapolis store had tried to contact us, but we missed the call. At this point we had already taken time off work and rented a truck, so it was a pretty big waste of resources all around.

I placed another order, it arrived damaged. Their response was that I needed to wait another 24 hours for it to be re-delivered. Fine whatever. It never came because it was out of stock. Their response was to have me call customer service again. Just today, my order placed two weeks ago, says that it was picked up. I did not pick it up. After traveling to the store at the designated time, I was informed the item was unavailable, with no apology or attempt at a solution.
