Crumbl — Restaurant in Maryland

After shopping with my daughters we decided to get some Crumbl Cookies at this location on our way home. The first box of Cookies/pies were huge felt heavy. Just made perfectly🤌. Every cookie/pie had so much filling and was so delicious. So I thought these cookies/pies would be a hit after Thanksgiving dinner for dessert so I decided to make another order the next day so I could serve these delicious cookies/pies to my guests . I was so excited to pick them up. As I pick them up I look in box and see cookies/pies have so very little pie filling , a lot of whip cream and were made poorly. These cookies/pies were smaller than our (1st) original order the day prior. I thought to myself 🤔 is it me or does these cookies/pies look and weigh totally different when picking them up. Long story short, After Thanksgiving feast I didn’t say anything to my guests when serving these cookies/ pies but some of them did come to me and even said there were barely anything but the crust and whip cream on these cookies/pies and couldn’t really taste any of the fillings just crust and a lot of whip cream. Hearing this was so disappointing. 1 guest didn’t grab theirs because there were basically nothing but crust and whipped cream. They basically made/looked half ass and I paid a lot for these...

I ordered through the app. A simple order . The customer service absolutely horrible some little girl who is acting very childish is laughing and doesn’t sound like she even know what she is talking about . The door dash driver said that my order was complete and they never showed up I called to let them know. The little girl lied said her name was Jonny then said keeley. She acted as if she didn’t know when her manager would be in she kept saying ummm and placing mine on hold. I mean horrible experience. After all I just told her that I didn’t receive my order . She procedes to say you have to call door dash. I asked her what was the number she placed me on another long hold. Please don’t come to this location until they can invest in actual people who care and have some basic customer service skills. I will not...

I put in a preorder hours before hand and when I show up to the get my order the associate comes up to me and tells me they don’t have part of my order. I told him that I ordered hours earlier and he just walks away and shouts to the back that he needs help. The next person comes up to the counter and say the same thing to me. I tell him to cancel the part of the order they don’t have and all he tells me that he can’t do that. He just stares at me and then tells me again what they don’t have. I then decided to cancel the whole order which apparently they can do. I’m one of those ‘gold’ members and it even says it in the order sign but I guess it doesn’t really matter. I would recommend that no one preorder because it doesn’t get you anything...
