I'm 65 years old and never in all my years have I ever been to a movie theatre with seats in Such Poor Condition. This past Christmas I got to travel back to Annapolis where I had the pleasure to live for 5 years to visit family and friends and was pleased to finally be able to secure seats to a viewing of Wicked! But much to my dismay, we were met with that horrible experience of a post Armageddon Theatre whose seats are completely in tatters! If you and your friends or family want a theatre experience that looks like The Beast from Beauty & The Beast frequents this place when he's having a Bad Day, then search no further! It looks like utter squalor. It reminds me of a scene from its own movie set, like seating on some back porch, ripped out of some old car, at the height of the Depression, only it's the whole theatre! AND Landmark has the gall to CHARGE you for it! I kid you not! Most of the seats are missing 75% of the maroon vinyl covering. Looks aside, how does that condition of seats even pass sanitary code? How does staff even routinely wipe the seat cushions clean? It's disgusting and this theatre needs to be avoided until they reestablish proper operating conditions like they had in the past. The Annapolis Board of Health is being alerted this week. Good people of Annapolis, I have to wonder, why did you stay mute on this one? What are you thinking? Did you think That This is...
Read moreHorrible experience here. These people will lie and steal your money.
I purchased tickets for a new movie in advance, and arrived after the showtime to locked doors and a sign on the door that there was no ac in our theater. Baffled, I quickly purchased tickets to a nearby theater.
The next day, I went through fandango to get a refund for the show we didn’t get to see here. Fandango stated they would escalate my issue to this theater. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks, I contacted the theater directly and was told they had not heard from fandango. I called fandango back and they stated that the theater was unresponsive. After more back and forth, the theater lied and told fandango that I arrived too late for my movie and was denied entrance. Excuse me?! Denied by who? Trailers are at least 15-20 minutes long. I paid for those tickets in advance, how dare they lie like this? And I guess I’m making up that there were signs posted in 90 degree weather that their AC was out too? These people have horrible business practices and deserve to be closed. They don’t seem to be getting much business anyway, as they can’t seem to keep the air...

We could not be happier! Our guests were pleased and impressed. The theater staff was helpful, nice and courteous to us and our guests. The theater and its facilities were clean and presentable for guests and other theater patrons throughout the event.
We loved our experience so much, that we came back to see Transformers : Rise of the Beasts last week and many of our guests also said that they will come back to visit the theater to watch a movie in the future.
