Absolutely horrible store. Nobody helps you or even says hi. Terrible customer service. Lines are ALWAYS long and they do nothing to help alleviate it. I went in to do a return for shoes I bought, brought home and tried on with an outfit for a formal event and they didn’t look right so I put them in the box and went to take them back. Half the sticker was missing when I bought it but they tried to say I wore them and took it off. The sales associate Virginia and the manager told me “clearly these have been worn” when I NEVER wore them, I just tried them on. They said there was a scuff on the heel and I said that is not from me, these have never been worn and if there was a scuff (which there wasn't) then the sales associate should have damaged them out or sold it final sale. And they should have checked the shoes and not sold them if it was a problem the sticker was missing when I bought it. Terrible experience and Virginia was completely emotionless and provided horrible Customer service the entire time and just looked miserable. I’ve been going to this store for YEARS and have always pushed aside their lack of customer service and brushed it off, but I WILL NOT be coming back. Read moreTried to purchase a pair of boots at the Annapolis Rack of course it was the only pair as I examined them I could tell they had been worn both booths I asked the cashier if I could an additional percentage off due to the excessive dirt on the bottom she said we allow the customers to wear the shoes in the store and she could give any other percentage; I asked for the manager; the manager came and said we buy refurbish items and sell them and the shoes had been worn in the store; as I asked for something off on them she stated " As I said no additional discount" as if she was talking to a child I'm 58 yrs old and did not deserve that type of treatment as a regular customer here and other locations; she needs to be retrained how to speak to customers because the next time she might not be so lucky! Read moreHorrible return experience. I returned several items to this location from Nordstrom for a total of $3000. I used afterpay for one of the items with came to $300. Instead of this location refunding me my money, they sent the entire refund to afterpay. Now I can't get in contact with the store, and the last communication I had, They advised me to reach out to afterpay to get my money from them! Nordstrom's gave my refunded money to the wrong party and now they are telling me to get the money from them instead of Nordstrom's just reversing the incorrect refund they sent. This is a nightmare and they clearly don't care that I am out of $3,000. I am still seeking a resolution and have not heard from the Manager Jefferson In days.
