Potbelly — Restaurant in Maryland

Will not be returning to this location. I ordered a takeout order on the app here a couple of days ago and realized when I got to my location that my order was missing a couple of items. I was annoyed but was a huge deal as it was just chips. I called and after someone finally answered the woman who I had the pleasure of speaking with was the worst person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I told here my order was missing the chips and she says “okay.. come back and get them.” I said I would just like my money back because I’m no where near there now. She asked for my name, I gave it to her and she said “okay bye” and hung up. I called back and she answered again, I asked her if I was going to be refunded because she just hung up on me and she said “oh yeah I should have explained first I’ll give this to my manager and you’ll be refunded”. Well now a couple of days later I get and email stating I was refunded for one bag, not the two I was missing. Such poor customer service here, go to...

Used to go here a lot a while back and recently revisited it a few weeks ago. I got the mushroom sandwich on wheat bread with a bag of chips. It was a great size for a light lunch and I was shocked that my total was under $6. You can also get whatever you want on the sandwich added and I got pickles on the side too. Had a nice selection of drinks and chips and I was super tempted to get a milkshake but didn’t — they sure looked...

Good food, I don't know if the pick two is the best deal, since they do not sell half sandwiches, but running the numbers, it doesn't seem to be less. It is good if you want less food, so maybe that is the appeal. They do have good sodas. No fountain drinks, all bottled. They may have some thing about setting then, but it is good to help avoid over consuming sodas.
