I usually give chipotle 3-4 on a constant basis. Each time I go there I am usually greeted by very kind people who I laugh with now and then. But, on July 9th around 9:25pm I was met with disrespect and attitude by Tracy. I arrived 4 minutes early for my meals and sometimes they are done before the time limit.
There was barely a line and a man was waiting by the cashier. I went to pay for it, gave Tracy my name, and she begrudgingly trotted towards the tortillas to pull the receipt that was negelected off of the board. With attitude she puts it down for her co worker to get to eventually. She tells me her co worker didnt do it yet and I in return say oh okay usually they were quick. But it was okay. In response Tracy tells me that my order was at 9:30pm and that I had to wait anyways then shrugs and rolls her eyes. Two other females cringed along with me, at her distasteful attitude. One speaks up, she says that it was 3 minutes until 9:30pm and that Tracy was rude. I agreed, while watching her continue the unpleasant and unapologetic behaviour. The man who was waiting along with me, Tracy treated him with respect and kindness. But, she continued to be very off putting towards me.
I eventually had my food prepared after 9:30 pm and paid. With insincerity, she gave me my food and mumbled something smart under her breathe. I in return told her how I was a regular customer and have never been met with so much disrespect and rudeness. Also, that I disliked her service. Before I could end my sentence she cuts me off trying to portray me as an "aggressive angry black woman" when I was simply making a complaint. She mumbled more inappropriate things under her breathe and walked towards the back. One male employee apologized for her behaviour.
It was not the fact that I had to wait longer than usual, it was the fact that she felt it was okay to treat one customer with respect and the other (me) with sass. I felt discriminated against and I do not appreciate it. I can always save my money.

After arriving, at 5:50, I was first in line, white girl in glasses, that came out to ask for names on order pick ups, ignored me and asked other peoples orders, other customers were picking up orders before me and when I checked with few customers their pick up time, it was way later than mine, when I made few steps toward the back just to inquire of my order, I opened order on my phone and showed it to white girl in glasses, she read the order (few of the orders were on shelf ready to go, i knew one of them was mine) then few employees standing by cashier yelled out to "step back!!!" Girl read my order and also yelled to get back! I knew my bag was on the shelf but nobody was giving it to me, then more customers came and when white girl with glasses came out again serving other customers that came after me, ignoring me again, I asked her "dear pls check my order it was way overdue! she finally grabbed my bag from the shelf, and was mumbling something rude and condensending to me as she handed the bag looking disgusted at me. Rude, condensending and abusive towards customers for no reason. When she comes out from the back and inquire of orders, she should not be picking random people and ignoring others. Discrimination at its finest. I wouldn't treat these employees the same way they treated me when they come to my place of work. Read moreThis location is horrible in service. There is 1 person on the line. And they take atleast 3 to 5 minutes per person to put together a bowl or burrito. On top of that. They can't even wrap a burrito properly. It falls apart or 1/2 the ingredients fall out. There was only 6 people in front of me. And about 8 behind me. But it took me almost 30 minutes just standing in line until I was able to get my order started. All other locations have 2 people on the line. This is a busy location, either get better staff who don't stand there and act dumb, or hire more people. The line is always to the door and someone outside. It should not take this long to just put items in a bowl or a burrito. Also a spider fell into one of the meats. So the line person took out the whole container. And took it to the manager and told her she needs a new batch. The manager had the audacity to just stir around the meat because she couldn't find the spider. And took it back to the front. A few of us in line could see in the back that's what she did. The I told the line person what happend.
