I haven't went to a nail salon in forever. I usually do my own feet since I have a manicurist license... Any way, i went here for a basic pedi $45. I couldn't understand what the lady said the basic pedi was cause she was trying to up sell for the 65 option. I declined. She set up the foot tub with a liner and turned only the hot water on. Water was so hot I couldn't even put my feet in. I told her and she put the cold only on to which it made the water luke warm.. I was like okay at least my skin isn't burning off.. she barely used the pumice stone on my feet or heals. She used an already used sanding band for my toes. Then she clipped away at my cuticle. I felt her cut my live skin twice.. clipped my big toe nail incorrectly to where I had a very painful ingrown toe nail that oozed puss when I cut the toe nail corner out of my skin.. She massaged one foot.. like tap tap tap on my left foot and that was it.. She got gel polish on my skin so my pinky toe gel came right off the second day in the shower. The color is supposed to be black but once I go in the sun it's navy blue.. I paid $45 + $1 atm fee + $5 tip.. and I got an infected toe.. I just wanted to get my toes pretty and she did a quick 30 min job. It felt rushed. I felt talked about(she said something in her language and the other 2 workers looked over at me saying something back then she looked up at me and smiled) I was just chillin on my phone I don't know what they said but I felt uncomfortable after that. I feel taken advantage of $51 bucks is 3 hours of work for me at the animal shelter..... Do not go here. I wouldn't doubt it if their manicure...
Read moreFive years ago I gave this nail salon 4 stars because they had just opened and were very nice people. Obviously that has changed. I visited them this weekend Saturday for a Pedi and full set. We started the Pedi, wait time was short so I applaud that but I get the lady who did my Pedi was having a bad day. But before I get into details of my pedi and let me first say they don't have prices displayed on the wall or a price booklet. She hands me a booklet to see what type of foot scrub I wanted. Chamomile was sold out so I opted for the rose instead. So I asked her what are the prices of the pedi I don't see a list of prices. So she verbally tells me what the prices are and what's included in. I told her what I wanted and of course the gel is extra so I want it gel on my feet. Not only did this lady talk about my feet to her co-workers but she was showing the co-workers every detail that she had taken off my. She's showing me saying look see look see like I don't already know that's why I'm here. This lady used so much product on my feet she used enough for two people to get a pedicure in one chair. To make a long story short I paid for my Pedi and I got out of there she was very rude very disrespectful and very inconsiderate of her customers. Long story short my gel polish came off within 2 hours on one foot and the next day the other polish came off so I will be going back up there for them to...
