bealls — Local services in Apache Junction

I have been visiting Bealls for about 10 yrs. Some ppl I talk with compare this "amazing" store to Ross stores. I disagree! First of all, did you all know the name of this shopping store is pronounced Bell's? When I lived in the pretty, peaceful, city of Sun Lakes in Arizona, my favorite store was Bealls. It was so close, convient, and super friendly. Whenever I walked into the store, an employee always called out "welcome to Bells??" One day an employee told me the history behind the pronunciation of the store. I remember it's derived from France and I believe the family name also. Anyway, I call it by both names; whatever comes out of my mouth first! As I've mentioned, the employees are super polite and I can always find an associate that assists me. The stores are very clean and always organized. Prices are amazing and affordable even through the Pandemic. I love Betsy Johnson purses and jewelry and there are plenty to choose from. I even bought my sister one of her design summer purses. I'm sure she'll love it! I recently went in searching for summer pajamas. I went 2 times and was given a $5 coupon for my second pajama hunt! I ended up finding Danskin pajama sets both times! I found more sets; both shorts and summer pants sets. I even found a beautiful silky bathrobe. Of course I impulsively snatched up a pair of jogging capris, a delicate Cross necklace, and a cute doggy mat for my best friend's food and water bowls. I didn't dare venture into the decor and household items. I can always find something gorgeous for my home; but I reached my budget for this month. I'll be back next month. Also, Monday is senior day; 10% off your entire purchase, and you can use coupons with your discount. Beautiful items in a clean friendly store. Definately my favorite retail store! I love Bealls-- especially this location. I have been shopping here for well over 15 years and never had an issue. In the last year, this store has gotten even better which is unbelievable because they were already pretty great to begin with.

This store has never looked messy or unorganized. The team is truly on top of cleanliness, attractive displays, and organization-- even clearance sections always look immaculate. You can just tell that it's a very well-run location because the leaders who make it that way truly strive to keep it that way. I've never encountered a situation where an employee didn't know how to perform a task during a transactions or couldn't answer my question-- they are truly on it!

I recently purchased a pair of running shoes from Bealls in Apache Junction, AZ. Tried them on for comfort and fit prior to purchase with no issues. I took them home and within a day or two I ventured out for my daily walk. Not long into my walk I needed to turn around and return home because the sole was separating from the upper on both shoes. I immediately tried to return the shoes.

Bealls told me they would or could do nothing as the shoes were worn outside. At the time of purchase that key note was not disclosed to me. I would not have bought the shoes if I had been informed. What a waste of money!

Bealls do not back the products they sell. That’s not a good business practice and therefore I will not be shopping them anymore.
