I was blown away by the service at Kyhn's! I went in looking to find ideas for a wedding band to match my engagement ring. I worked with a very friendly young woman who took almost an hour with me, showing me some traditional ring options and recommending bands that were really unique. While I shopped, they cleaned my engagement ring for free and were so friendly the whole time! The other places I've looked treated me like I was wasting their time if I didn't buy something within the first 5 minutes. I went back to Kyhn's with my fiance the following weekend so he could look at bands as well and while we were there, the owner offered to change his watch battery while we were looking around! They really care about their customers. It was such a nice change of pace from the big chain stores. I'll definitely be going back to Kyhn's the next time I need anything...

DISRESPECTFUL LIAR broke my watch!! I took the last gift my Father ever bought me into this shop, an Invicta watch to have the battery replaced. I spent 30 minutes cleaning and inspecting the watch prior, just to make sure it did not have any problems. Within a minute of handing it to the shop, it was brought back to me and I was told the strap was broken. I said it was because the repair man over straightened the band, and he looked me right in the face and LIED, and told me it was like that when he got it. Please never go here. I broke a very important necklace charm of mine and called ahead to see if they could fix what I broke. The lady was extremely nice and told me because of the type of medal that is used, they wouldn’t be able to fix it. I went in anyways just hoping and I’m glad I did! Same answer stood but that didn’t stop them from helping me! They took off what broke and clamped it together. It’s not 100% fixed as they said, it would only be a temporary fix.
