Steel and Stitches, LLC — Local services in Apache Junction

Unfortunately, my opinion did a 180 in the last few days... Our employer is switching the color of scrubs we are required to wear. They are paying for 2 sets of these particular scrubs. Great...BUT our employer is contracted with a different scrub store. As we all know, ordering online WITHOUT trying on something is most of the time, nerve racking SO we went to try them on at ProMed Apparel. Many of us have spent HUNDREDS of dollars at ProMed Apparel (Within the past year!) and thought since we've done business before there shouldn't be a problem. (Not that there should be one either way. Every time you go into let's say, Target, to intentionally purchase a planned item...do you purchase all the items you tried on?) I personally have not had a bad experience with this establishment, HOWEVER, a few, as in at least THREE coworker's were refused service because they didn't intend to purchase anything at the time of their visit. Who says they won't come back and purchase other items needed in the future? Maybe not scrubs but shoes, accessories, etc. I feel like no one should have been turned down for wanting to try something on...poor judgment on ProMed Apparel's part. They've definitely lost at least 4...

This business takes people’s money and doesn’t deliver the product. They even got in with the local schools. I bought a shirt and sweatshirt for my son through the school with the school name on them. They deliver the products to the school and the teachers give them out in class. I called the school and told them that my son didn’t receive his 2 items. His teacher sent an email confirming that she did not give them to him because she did not receive them. These people still said that they confirmed that he received them even when they knew that the teacher confirmed that they didn’t, in writing, and would not give us the items we paid for or refund our money. The school actually refunded our money out of their PTO fund because this business would not deliver the product or refund our money. They not only do this but to children and schools. Despicable....

I needed some quick embroidery and came across Steel and Stitches, LLC. I reached out to them, and I can't tell you how glad I am that I did. Not only did they take products I already had for embroidery and make them look great, but they did it in record time. THEN, I decided at the last minute that I wanted some hats for an upcoming trade show I am attending. I didn't have much time (like 3 days) until I was leaving, but I took a shot and asked, with no expectation of them getting done. Lo and behold, they were ready a day earlier than I needed them. Bree and the entire team went above and beyond to get me taken care of, and I can't show my appreciation enough....
