I’m very disappointed in this establishment! I’ve been going there for over 9 years. I recently spent $52 dollars on assorted smoking products for my sisters birthday. She is a cancer survivor and has a medical marijiuana card so amongst her gifts I bought were a couple of lighters. Well, it was a few days before I gave her gifts to her and one of the lighters didn’t work very well and wouldn’t stay lit. I’m a 68 year old woman retired from Frys. I am disabled and live on a small widows social security Benefit. I own a service dog that helps me with my mobility issues. I don’t get around very well and it took me a couple more days to take the lighter back. I was on my way to the dog park and stopped in since it was on my way. We’ll immediately I was treated as if I was trying to pull a fast one on them and they called the owner who tried to light the lighter. After a couple of attempts it lit and handed it back saying that it worked. I explained it really didn’t work as it should and since it was a gift and I had my receipt; I asked if he could he exchange it. He said no and pushed it back to me saying it worked and said no exchange take your lighter. I told him it was defective and I didn’t want it and wouldn’t shop there anymore. He said fine go somewhere else. Pushing the lighter back at him, I said I don't want it you keep it and sell it to someone else and turned and left the store. What a rude man he was. Read moreThis place is the best lots of variety and very friendly helpful staff....I am updating this review because I went to the shop to purchase a few things and the person working there was very rude and rushed me through the store. I made a purchase of a glass piece and noticed it was cracked once i got home...the store clerk was rushing me repeating " is that it , anything else " over and over with out giving me time to look at other items and did not let me inspect item took it to wrap it. When I returned to the shop not even 7 minutes later the same clerk was rude and had a major attitude telling me that i broke it...I told her that i did not we took out of the packaging and noticed it was cracked...I explained to her that i felt that she was rushing me while i was trying to shop and if she wasnt i probably would have noticed it. she then was raising her voice at me calling me a liar and that i broke it and am just making up stories. They did end up replacing item. This was the worst shopping experience ever and i cannot beleive that this store would employ such a person that insults customers and behaves in such a way. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I will be pursuing this incident until I am able to speak to someone in charge about the way i was...

I buy a keg of beer roughly every 2 weeks......the store I normally buy from were out of budweiser so I decided to stop there....I payed for my keg and brought it home and chilled it in my kegorator(2-21-16). Afrer a few beers I saw it was cloudy and tasted like cap...I looked on the keg for the date and found it to be filled on 10-19-15.....I tried calling the store and nobody answers the phone.....complete crap.....I am expecting some kind of customer service person to atleast talk to to resolive this issue....spending over $100 on a bad keg of beer iS frustrating......bad...
