The owner of the plaza was there, he took video of the line.... The grand opening, I'd been waiting all month. I put work on hold, called my mom and frieds to come. Everything was going well. Unfortunately on the morning of, my pregnant fiance forgot to wake me up with her at 8, so i didnt get to start getting ready untill 9 when she remembered to wake me up as she left for work. We have two cars and mine is a gas guzzler so we just use hers and i havent driven mine in a couple weeks, anyways... I get ready in like 5 minutes and call my mom... she is there already but her phone dies so we get disconnected. I call my buddy and he is just hopping in the car at about 9:15 as I am doing the same. Remember when i told you I hadnt driven the car in a couple weeks to save money. Apparently my battery died in those couple weeks because my car wasnt doing anything. I call my friend to get me on the way and he needs to do a 180 because he has already passed me. So we get there and the line is pretty long, we are about 10 people behind my mother who informs me to ask about coasters that they handed out to her right before we got there, (at this point id like to add that my friend and I didnt just hop in line with my mom, we actually went to the back.) So I walk up to a manager on the other side of the front door to ask about the coasters and he tells me that its just so people who might need to use the bathroom ect, Dont lose their spots. So now the wait is on. Doors open at 11am and the slow crawl towards the door begins. Not being the confrontational type i ignore that somehow a woman who is litteraly one person ahead of us has slowly added 1 person into her family every 30 minutes untill 1 becomes 4. We have nothing else to do in line and end up making friends anyways. At about 12pm we make it to the front door, we've been outside for 2 and a half hours at that point, so im hungry, hot, and can finally smell the food. Im Suprized that at no point did anyone from management make any attemt to communicate with anyone in the line. Not that they didnt walk down the whole thing silently taking video a couple times. Oh well, im just hungry and my feet hurt. Im excited to eat and be able to come back with my fiance once a week because ive liked Fuddruckers since they had a location in Altamonte, That has to be close to 20 years ago. Regretfully we are told that we were not one of the first 100 people and would not get a punchcard for 1 burger (with the purchase of a combo) per week for 1 year. We missed out by like 8 people. So i guess at least the people in front of us with the multiplying family got the karma they deserved for skipping people that had been their much longer. But nobody once warned anybody that was baking outside in the sun that they hadnt gotten there in time to recieve the promotion... after that I guess it dawned on me that they didnt care at all about anything other than our money. It is one of the worst cases of customer service or appreciation that ive ever been witness to. Nobody would even hear me out. So while im thankfull that a couple of the people I had go did make it in time to recieve their punch cards (my mom did get hers) im so extremely dissatisfied with how i was lead to wait 3 hours in the sun for nothing that outside of an apology and a punch card of my own, I nor my fiance will be eating at this location, EVER... and its a shame because i used to travel to the one at festival bay/ artegon to eat there and i used to enjoy it. If you would like to change my opinion, please do. Im sorry I was so excited and at this moment i regret telling anybody else to...

They were also watching me and talking to each other for the whole time I was there. When I got out of the fitting room they also played on the intercom that all parts of the store are monitored or whatever. They seem biased against anyone who isn't a middle aged woman. I hope these people go out of business!
And no, I did not have a bag or anything similar. I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt not capable of concealing anything even...
