She talked us into dual mattresses and when we expressed concerns about not being happy with a $10,000 purchase she said we could exchange it and get a refund of the difference if we tested it and didn’t like it. So when we did decide to exchange for a single king i can’t get her to return my call. When I catch her at the store, she said we had to wait 21 days - never mentioned that during the sale. Then she promised to schedule the return for the 22 nd day and that didn’t happen either until I called again. She said they would inspect the mattresses upon return and issue a refund check- even though we financed. Now I call to check on the refund 2 weeks after the exchange only to find out the credit was applied to the financing (which is fine) and there is a restocking/cleaning fee which is 10% or $980!!!!!! 10% to pick up and restock is outrageous! She never indicated there was anything but a small pickup fee unless there was damage. They were pristine when returned. I’m so disgusted…. But now I know why she was pressuring us to give her a review as soon as we left the store rather than waiting until we received the mattress. Follow through and transparency are not her strong suit. Read moreSo our sales lady was awesome. However since that point this store has sucked. Our delivery was scheduled for 7/22. We called on 7/22 to find out why we didn’t get a call for our delivery. Told by Missy from Altamonte store everyone in store is out sick. I don’t know but your order didn’t get put on the truck. And scheduled it for 7/25. Made a complaint to corporate. They sent to the store. We got a call on 7/24 saying we won’t get it until the 29th. No effort to correct the lack of communication or the lack of bed. For nearly $3000, I expect better. Just to update from this on 7/27 called said bed would be delivered 8/8. Got a call today saying hoping for 8/12 but could be as late as 8/22. No effort to correct it. No we will throw a sheet set in or two pillows nothing.
