Was there last night with my family of 11. When we arrived we were told there was about a 45 min wait. We eat out several times a week and realize big groups must wait if they want to be seated together. We proceeded to wait seated outside. During this time one of your servers “Shanquille” came outside several times to check on us and update us on getting seated. After an hour of waiting we started to question how much longer? We all finally went inside after 1 1/2 hours of waiting hoping to be seated....the greeters & servers at the entrance told us they were waiting for a large group of people to finish so they could seat us all together in this section. The servers couldn’t understand why these people wouldn’t leave even after eating their dessert and paying for their meals? Meanwhile the manager on duty (Maria) was called and advised that we had been waiting for over 1 1/2 hours to be seated in this section (apparently the only tables to hold a large group). She was not of any help at all, she was very rude as if she was bothered, unprofessional and rolled her eyes as the servers explained the situation......she stated there was nothing she could do! She asked if we had made a reservation??? Why would she mention that, when you don’t even take reservations??? This whole time “Shanquille” kept checking on us, asking if she could get us anything while we waited and kept apologizing for our wait. She is a great server, her charisma makes anyone having a bad day smile. More servers should be like her! You would think the right thing for the manager to have done was approach this party since they were just sitting there talking and laughing and politely stated that there was another large party waiting to be seated......ironically one of the servers mentioned this to them as they were leaving and they said “good thing you said something or we would have been here all night talking!!!” Well after 2 hours......our server “Cindy” took good care of us, the food was great and the manager I guess justified her attitude by offering us free appetizers for our inconvenience. Would have much rathered pay for the appetizers and not have spent our whole Friday...
Read moreSo before we came in we read the signs that mentioned happy hour. Instantly I was excited looking forward to drink. As I sat down me and my Woman are given 3 menus each. We order drinks and when the waiter returns she returns with the wrong drink. I reminded her of what I ordered and she seemed to have an attitude. She goes back to the bar to have the bartender make the drink that was ordered and it seemed as if she was complaining to the bartender about us as we watched her saying something to him as she threw her hands up and he looks over at us. Well moving forward we order our food and I see a premium side (bacon, jalapeño and cheese fries). I order this thinking oh my goodness this will be so good. Well when the food got to our table I immediately dig in. To my surprise the fries were over seasoned with salt. I couldn’t even eat half of my fries, I’ve never experienced this before. From there the server came and took the 6 menus she gave to me and my woman. Once she took the cluster of menus up we notice a 7th menu which explains that they have a completely separate drink menu that falls under happy hour and the drinks we ordered were not eligible for happy hour. At this point I’m furious with out server because none of this information was given to us. So I asked the server why none of this was presented to us she responded with “I thought you saw it”. At this point I’m confused of how she thought we saw it when she placed 6 menus on top of it. Literally 3 menus per person 2 of them have food items and 1 had drinks. Not the drinks you’re thinking of these drinks we’re happy hour intelligible. We ended up having to pay a bill of $48.72. Could you imagine going on a date with your significant other and spend $48.72 for 2 meals and 2 drinks and to be completely dissatisfied with your experience? Hands down I felt like I had been scammed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst...
Read moreThe scenery is nice, the wings cooked right but not wet enough. I had to ask the server to get more from the back cause garlic parm not hot isn't on the taste test bar. Bbq chicken taco has a HINT of bbq at best. It's only a limited item so they say. It's different but hardly bbq. The pickle I removed. The chicken strips nothing special but the bbq that was supposed to come with it didn't so again I snagged it from taste test bar. The garlic inferno sauce is a silent but hot about 4 sec later u will feel it. Wife loved the fajita rice bowl but then again she is Filipina and loves anything rice. Myself I think it lacked flavor. Side garlic parm fries where different and good.
The service was less than to be desired. The waitress took the order correctly, but the person (female) who brought the food left the bbq taco behind ( for about 20 to 30 min). I finished my side fries before it arrived as well as half my wings and finished the strips. Then when asked for it the waitress had asked me twice confirming I didn't get it as if in disbelief. The drink (classic) was not flavorful at all. Couldn't taste the lime juice, and I think there was too much soda in it killing all taste. Wing sauce garlic parm which btw isn't on the taste test bar is more buttery than garlic and lacking parm big time. Server didn't ask for to go drink nor if I wanted refill nor came to check in unless pulled aside about something. She did ask if desert was desired and brought the check vs us asking if we could have check. Seemed rushed. But she was new she did mention this. So my review rating is reflected more on food, the person who brought it, and the cost vs quality.
It's ok but in my humble opinion not worth the price.
I'd rather go to 535 bww for wings....
