This is the second time I have visited a new Ulta in Apopka Florida. The first time I met an amazing sales associate named Eleanor. She was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I came back today with my 86-year-old mother so she can get a makeover with Eleanor. The experience was amazing! Eleanor took her time explaining the product she was using and how my mom could use them at home. We purchased every single one of them. My mom was on cloud nine and so was I. I also purchased some wonderful products that Eleanor recommended and I am extremely happy. I wish there were more employees, actually people, like Eleanor. The experience fabulous! Enjoyed the movie theatre and the atmosphere. However... the gentleman that helped me at the counter (middle age, dark hair) gave me nonstop attitude. I was trying to navigate my regal app and i had asked where i find out how many credits i have and his response was "i don't know, i didnt make the app", the second interesting response i got from him was when i asked if they have a certain kind of candy and he says "we have whatever you see down there". When the movie had just started i had to go out to the front because my popcorn was way over salted, i asked if i could get a fresh bucket (I only had about 2 hand fulls) and he insisted that it would have to count as my refill, despite telling him that the popcorn was...

Not a large major shopping center, but plenty of shopping, dining, and service centered opportunities. Whether I need to purchase a gift, apparel, or something to eat, I can do it here. I can even park in one place and do physical therapy or enjoy a workout class at 24 Hour Fitness. I can eat a meal at Garibaldi's or Chick-fil-A or simply pick up a snack at other options.
