I had a truly disappointing experience at this location. I arrived at 7:30 PM (they close at 9), only to find they were completely out of donuts. When I asked the young lady at the counter if more would be made, she simply said, “No.”

I decided to order two Korean corn dogs instead—specifically the original mozzarella cheese ones, as listed on the sign. I clearly said “original cheese,” and she repeated it back. I asked how long it would take and was told five minutes. I waited in my car a bit longer than that, went back in, picked up the order, and drove 30+ minutes home.

When I got home, I handed one of the corn dogs to my daughter—only to discover both corn dogs contained meat. My daughter is a vegetarian and doesn’t eat meat, so the entire order was ruined.

I called the store immediately. A young woman answered, and I explained what happened. She located the order but casually said, “Oh, she probably didn’t hear you say cheese.” I paid in cash and wasn’t even given a receipt. When I asked what could be done, I was told, “There’s nothing we can do. Sorry. She makes mistakes sometimes.”

Seriously? That’s the response? No offer to fix the order, no apology for the inconvenience, and no sense of customer care. I drove out of my way, paid money for something I didn’t receive, and all I got was a brush-off.

It’s frustrating and honestly insulting to be treated like my business doesn’t matter. I’ve been to the Sand Lake location many times and never had an issue. They get it right and treat their customers with respect. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Apopka location.

When I first walked in the smell was horrible like someone ate tacos the night before. I wasn’t coming back to that side of town and maybe I walked in right after their bathroom break. Ok whatever I get it. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful after she took my order she gave it to the guy in the back as I watched him make my food I thought everything was ok when he was done making my food he started cleaning up touching the trash can the wall crushing boxes everything. The lady put a block of cheese on the counter and he grabbed the whole cheese with both hands not change his gloves or anything. I was shocked. I asked him to change his gloves he argued with me, said he changed them four times today I told him going from trash can to food ppl can get sick but I didn’t feel like arguing. I really didn’t want the food anymore, it was brunt I do have pictures. Long story short it went in the trash I wasted my money and time. I just pray no one gets sick...

Such a disappointment. I had mochinut for the first time in Chicago. It was a great experience. This here was nothing like it. I had the strawberry funnel mochinut and it was super bland. No sweetness to it whatsoever. I ordered an ube milk tea with boba. There was only like 3 or 4 boba tea in it and it did not taste like ube at all. Taste like milk with a sweet potato in it with ube syrup. I understand they just opened a few weeks ago but it was like a mad house in there. They was so unorganized and I was very displeased. Service was mediocre at best. There employees who was making my drink looked lost and the cashier was not friendly, had a blank expression on her face. I even gave them a tip and not even a thank you or an offer to come back. Complete silence. To think you had that many employees working at the same time and there was no organization. I will go back in a few weeks and see if my experience will be different. If the same then I will not...
