These aren't just cookies; they are edible works of art! I had a very specific (and perhaps slightly complicated!) vision for what I wanted, and Sophia listened with such care and enthusiasm. She offered incredible suggestions and truly understood what I was trying to achieve. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable. And then... the cookies arrived. The packaging itself was beautiful and thoughtful, but the moment I opened the box, I was speechless. The detail on each and every cookie was astonishing. The colors were vibrant, the lines were crisp, and the overall design was even better than I had imagined! It was clear that Sophia poured her heart and soul into this order. But wait, it gets better! As stunning as they were to look at, the taste was out of this world! They were perfectly baked – soft and chewy in the center with just the right amount of crispness on the edges. I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of two cupcakes. The first, a birthday cake flavor, was noticeably hard on the outside, though slightly moist inside. The icing tasted stale and had a hardened texture, as if it had been left out for an extended period. The second cupcake, a chocolate flavor, was also hard and lacked freshness. Unfortunately, both items did not meet basic expectations for quality or taste and was not worth the price whatsoever.

RESPONSE: Thank you for your response, but I can assure you there was no mix-up. I purchased the cupcakes directly from your location, and I stand by my original review. Dismissing valid feedback by suggesting I may have confused your business with another—without making any real effort to investigate—is both disappointing and unprofessional.

Was there today Saturday 5pm. There was a homeless on the outside tables telling everyone who approached the place that was closed. We looked inside and was empty. No staff anywhere. She was really persistent and I just tried to open the door and was open. I went to the register and someone came I told her the situation and she just stared and me and didn’t say a word. The most awkward and weird thing ever. They had cupcakes empanadas cheesecakes brownies and only 2 medialunas. That was it. No alfajores or some other stuff you see in pictures. We bought a few things but honestly the attitude from the lady was really weird she said 2 words to us stared and went to the back and come back like 10 minutes after. Not sure what’s happening with this place. They offer you 2 cupcakes if you leave a 5 star review so...
