Today I had arrived at this Target location off of Bear Valley before the store opened. I was waiting asking with others to purchase a tcg. We were asked by the extremely courteous opening lead to maintain our line in the store but to give the vendor enough room to peacefully put out her stock. There were around 12 of us patiently waiting talking quietly amongst ourselves bothering no one. Then a new lead came in, saw us, then approached us with a very stern and aggressive tone telling us that we had to move and couldn't stand around. It was very difficult to speak and explain things as he wouldn't allow anyone to talk and kept interrupting whenever any of us attempted to speak. I finally got out that we were only doing as we were instructed and were following exact directions but he wouldn't have it. He continued to be rude and eventually demanded the vendor not to put out the inventory we had so been waiting over 2 hours for. In over a decade of working retail and the countless times of have concerns with my purchases in retail and/or food locations. Marcus has been the rudest, most disrespectful and unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. I can understand the attitude walking into a physical argument, but not when you have a line of people being absolutely patient and quiet. A position of leadership does not give you the right to talk over your customers and not allow them to speak. It does not give you the right to speak to them in an aggressive tone when they're doing nothing wrong. Marcus made that potential shopping experience very sour and...
Read moreBrandon and Rye have horrible Customer Service skills. My family and I went in because online, it showed they had a TV in stock. We tried calling the store before hand with no answer at all. So we drove an hour to get there because online it showed they had them in. We show up, and ask Brandon for help. He claimed that even though their system said they had 3 in stock, they had none in the store. My wife asked to check the back, and he said he knew there was nothing back there because he had looked for another customer. We were upset, asked for a manager. Rye came over after Brandon told her the situation. She asked my wife for the item info, looked it up on her system and she claimed it showed none in stock. So why did Brandon's system show 3, yet her system showed none? Do they have different systems? They both suggested coming back, but calling first. Since we told them they didn't pick up before I dont see what good that would do. In short, they had a "Sucks to be you attitude". I asked if they would give us a discount on one of the TV's they had and I was told no. So we left. Went straight to Walmart and got a better TV there. I only give this store a 2 star, because 2 days ago my wife made the same drive to get a blender that no other store seemed to have, and they had it. Outside of that, it should...
