DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!
Iâve ordered 4 times from this location. Twice a year ago and Twice today.
Last year, on one order I ordered a Happy Birthday banner and included a message. On the second order, just a message⌠none of those were added.
Since the recipient of the second order was a group at an elementary school, when the cookies arrived, no one knew who they were for or why, and they were given to the wrong group.
At the time, I was informed that they were sorry that happened, their printer was broken.
NOW, TODAYâs ORDER:
SAME exact scenario⌠2 orders going to 2 different schools. I included a message on each. The first arrived without a note, so I called the store to make sure they included the note for the larger school.
I began to explain the situation to the Rude girl who answered the phone, and she interrupted me to rudely tell me I wasnât going to get a refund. (I didnât ask for one, I was just going to ensure they included a note on the second order. )
She then told me that this WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM as most of their customers know the printer does not work.
HOW am I, the customer, supposed to know that their printer STILL doesnât work a year later? She then told me the owner lives out of state and doesnât care that the printer doesnât work.
I suggested that if that is the case, they handle it a different way⌠like hand write the message. (Itâs a very short message), but letting the customer think a message is going with the cookies and then not including it, is not ok.
She then reiterated that this really was not her problem. I asked who was the store manager and was told, again very rudely, Her name is Hannah and she just had a baby, so good luck talking to her!â
And then she hung up on me.
I called the school to let them know what was going on and who the cookies were for etc.
But, since there are plenty of other options, I would not support a business run by an out of state owner who doesnât care, a manager who canât be reached, and employees who are too lazy to address the issue and handle it a different way- and then be rude to a customer whose order they potentially messed up. And had the first school not called me, I would not have known to call the second school and we would have had a repeat of last yearâs fiasco.
A terrible terrible excuse for a franchise on an otherwise...
Read moreI love Crumbl Cookies but I wonât be going to this location again. 11/16 around 9:30pm I went inside to buy a couple of cookies because I had a major sweet tooth. I stood in the line right next to the counter as the cashier rung up the 2 young women in front of me. There was one short latina worker & one taller woman with blonde hair. They seemed to know at least one of the 2 young women who bought cookies in front of me. After the shorter worker rung them up, she packaged their order & brought it to them at the other counter, while both workers were talking to the young women the whole time. I moved up to the front of the cash register waiting to be serviced. Now I was perfectly fine with them talking to the patrons who seemed to be their friends but neither workers felt it never to service me at all. It was as if I didnât exist standing there. No âWeâll be with you Iâm one momentâ or âwere you ready to order?â I just stood their waiting⌠both workers literally just stood there talking to the 2 women & laughing like they could care less that another customer was in the building. I thought that was insane. Never happened to me before. After a few minutes I just ended up walking out. That was beyond disrespectful in my opinion. I just took that as a sign that I shouldnât have been eating cookies this late at...
Read moreI've gone to this Crumbl location many times. Whether it's picking up Door Dash orders, or just going to get cookies for myself, I've never had a bad experience here. I love that you can place your entire order on their little kiosk thing, and they're so fast that they're usually calling your name before you're even finished. It's adorable that they always show you the cookies and ask if they look ok, before handing them to you. As for the cookies themselves, I've never got a Crumbl cookie that tasted bad, though I've learned that I strongly prefer their warm cookies to their chilled cookies. I've seen people say that these cookies freeze nicely, but they get eaten too fast in my house, for me to personally test it. They do reheat nicely though. I throw them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds and they come out perfect. I highly recommend getting one of their little cookie cutters. It divides the cookie into 4, easy to eat pieces. Perfect for sharing! I've never tried their ice cream (this location has had no other flavors in stock except snickerdoodle for a few months,) or their milk, so I can't comment on those. The store itself is always perfectly clean, and the workers have always been super nice. I love that you can do curbside pickup here. I just wish Crumbl was open...
