Hot Topic — Local services in Arcadia

This is favorite store and it is also my favorite hottopic location. The staff is always so friendly here. I have been to a lot of Hot topics and this one is not the biggest but they do have tons of stuff here and it is always well organized and you don't find stuff all over the floor. I love shopping here wherever I go to the mall I always come here. I have never had a problem with any of the staff here. I have shopping here for years and i mean years. The staff dose walk over to you and asks if you need help which is nice. I recommend this store. This is my favorite hot topic location it has great stuff and it also has a great staff. 5 stars

The top half was my review from 5 years ago but sadly this is not she case anymore about the past few months to a year the place has gone so down hill. Wow what a horrible experience I had. Carol had the rudest personality. She was laughing and talking to workers but when I asked for help she waved me off saying someone will be there soon and went back to talking. She wasn’t talking about anything important I heard her talking about her nails asking what color she should get next and the designs she wanted than she was complaining about her boyfriend. I wanted a while and nobody offered to help me so I asked again for help all I wanted was a shirt down. She huffed came over got it down and said here you go. And walked away. I than asked another co worker for the manager and they said Carol was the manager. She kept being rude and just acted like she did not cat about costumers at all . How could someone like...

Never going to this location again. I went in for pride items and left because of a rude worker. My brother who was pushing my 2 year old in a stroller heard a worker talking about my daughter misbehaving in her seat, the shade pulls down super low to protect her. She is two and doesn’t need a mask, but instead of coming up to him or me to ask for her age she starts saying stuff to a worker keeping an eye on the door. I heard what happened and left the items I was going to buy, then rushed out of that store. Everyone else seemed kind and that same person walked up to me asking if I needed help a few times, you had plenty of opportunities to say something so why didn’t you?
