I rarely come to this location because a lot of the products are not licensed, everything is overpriced, and the employees follow you around. However I needed to pick up something for a gift but the employee with blue hair made it such an unpleasant experience she wasn't only following me around the store but she also gave me the nastiest attitude and scowl on her face for asking for a paper bag even though i offered to pay for it up front. She wasn't even my cashier but she decided she had to chime into the transaction and kept telling the cashier to give me a plastic one and telling her to charge me over and over again. My cashier asked if she should check if the item was over $35 to which she said it's not you need to charge her. I wouldn't have even asked if I had known it was going to result in her acting like a child because this entire thing was over a paper bag... that i offered to pay for at the very beginning. Extremely weird behavior and I'd rather drive further and spend more money at a different location than return here and have any more interaction with her. She should really reconsider being in a customer-facing role. It’s also ridiculous that my review is one of the only reviews they have replied to and are gaslighting me about...

This Sanrio is by far the BEST Hello Kitty Store still standing . Being an original employee from the 90’s I can tell u that the Owner is the kindest soul in the entire universe. She is Always smiling and friendly. They have the most up to date Authentic items and the store is clean and stocked! “ being followed” is not a role , but it is the job of the sales team to constantly walk and stock the floor the popular items sell out quickly! Stealing even back then was an issue due to the size of the items…. The mall has undercover “ shoppers” so so need to be paranoid that the workers are following. This small business is still here because of their excellent service, variety of up to date products, and the love of the fans! We always check ID to protect the customers with the diligent practice of matching the name on your ID to your credit card! This store accuse me and my friends for stealing even though we didn’t my friend was the one who got in trouble for “stealing” but he was just eating form his backpack, they said that they have proof but I saw him eating but later we went to go buy our stuff and I was being nice and saying thank you but they said that my whole group is banned for stealing when we didn’t do nothing only there was a nice person but the rest were mean and the manager was the meanie for thinking we can do that the manager had pink hair she really mean and didn’t even let us show that we’re innocent that’s not a good manager she should be fired for that and just assuming we’re bad we pay for that...
