I helped my father change his PCP to Dr. Chung. After a trip to the E.R. we really needed to have him seen as it was encouraged by the E.R. Dr. I spoke with Ana and explained my father's situation. She was so very helpful on getting my father input into their system, emailed me the new patient packet, and explained what was needed so my father could be seen asap. She also advocated for my father which impressed me, and gives me peace of mind my father is in good hands. Best experience I have encountered thus far with a Dr's office staff. I highly recommend this acupuncture service. The facility is clean and orderly. All the equipment appears new in perfect condition. The acupuncturist is compassionate, endlessly considerate, professional and has a gentle touch. I came to her with double vision (Diplopia) and after 5 sessions the problem completely disappeared.
