Sharetea — Restaurant in Arcadia

I had a very frustrating experience at Share Tea. I ordered two Taro Milk Teas without boba, but when they were served, both of my drinks had boba in them. I then brought it to the staff's attention as my order was wrongly prepared.They went ahead and replaced the drinks by making me a new one. As I was watching the server making my drinks, I noticed that he halfly filled both of my cups with the taro milktea. Instead of creating an additional mixture to fill up the cups, because and he was short on the drink he just prepared, he went ahead and filled the rest of if with hot water. This was extremely disappointing.

The mistake on the original order was bad enough, not to mention, but the fact that the replacement drinks were made incorrectly as well was unacceptable.Filling drinks with water just to reach the desired volume depreciates honestly the quality of the drink itself. If I wanted to drink hot water, I would not have been there to start with. The drink taste very watery and plain with no flavor. I hope that Share Tea takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service. As a faithful customer, I expect to receive the product I ordered, especially when I'm paying for it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I'm hesitant to return to Share Tea...

Sharetea is a taiwanese franchise boba shop established in 1992. They offer milk teas, fruit tea and smoothie shakes. This location is in Arcadia along E. Duarte street. Shop was small and has limited space however they offer a wide variety of bobas. I have gone to a copious boba shops but never gone to Sharetea. Their boba items were interesting because apparently they preselected the items that can have bobas/jellies; not everything on their menu can add boba pearl such as Lime Mojito special. I was somewhat taken aback and was disappointed. Therefore, I ended up ordering their Kiwi fruit tea with boba pearl instead of the Mojito. Kiwi fruit tea was blended with lemon juice and kiwi. Boba pearl was chewy soft warm just the way it should be. Level of sweetness was okay at 35% (lowest). Prices were fair, affordable and competitive. Staff was nice and amiable. Service was outstanding and fast. Back parking lot is huge. Overall, I enjoyed my fruit tea boba and had a good order experience. I’ll definitely come back and try...

This was my first time visiting. The store was crowded with high school kids. Wow!! The young lady at the register was very polite. She had a friendly smile and body language that told me she was genuine. I ordered the peach tea with jelly. She advised me that the tea is pretty sweet and told me to ask for sweetness on a scale from 0 - 30. I asked for zero. I asked if there was a code for the restroom. She explained that there was not one and all I needed to do was push the door. I got closer to the restroom door and noticed that the information she gave me is on a sign hung on the restroom door. Wow!! I appreciate her patience with me. I walked in and noticed how clean it was. I was shocked!! With so many young customers I expected a mess!!
