Absolute worst experience. Dropped off a bracelet to be repaired in spring of 2016. After following up every few months, my bracelet has YET to be repaired (it is now summer of 2017)!!! Shirley is the least professional employee I have ever worked with. Other pieces I have taken to her have been absolutely destroyed. I have now learned my lesson. Took my inexpensive yet sentimentaly priceless mother's ring to Gray's last week. They fixed a loose stone and reshaped the band for an extremely reasonable price and shined it up like new. I had never set foot in this store before but was immediately treated like an old friend as soon as I walked in. Will definitely go back to Gray's for any of my future...
