I bought 2 boots at jimmys which were not well made by fenoglio and the sole was coming off after a week of daily wear. I work in the cutting horse industry so we ride a lot. So I really need a good boot. After returning one of the pair 3 months ago cause they told me they’d fix it free of charge ( since the boot came with defects) I’m still waiting for my pair 3 months later with no employees letting me know what’s going on, and every time I call they say they don’t know anything and it could take more than 4 months ?!?!? One day I Googled it and found it on sale here for MUCH less than the other retailers I had been looking at.
