KFC — Restaurant in Ardmore

My experience with this particular KFC is some what of a hit and miss. Sometime I get what I ordered and sometimes I get shorted on an order. or the order is so totally screwed up that I gasp in amazement to the stupidity and absolute don't give a F$%#k attitude. I think that Ardmore should be blessed with a Popeyes and a Churches chickens. Just to level the playing field. However the powers that issue the building permits and the self anointed powers behind the Ardmore throne will not allow such things into their town. I just wanted the $5.00 meal with one side and this comes with a biscuit an cookie. The menu might have been alter to show that popcorn chicken was no longer on the five dollar menu. I was charged $5.95 for this meal, but nobody told me that I was paying for the popcorn chicken meal that did not come with a biscuit or cookie. The young lady did not explain this to me. I had a phone conversation after I got home and started looking for the missing items. She stated that she tried to tell me at the intercom system, but I drove off before she could explain the switch. She further stated that she just figured I was knowledgeable on the menu switch.Had I been knowledgeable I would have chosen different. This is the latest crap that this monopoly has done to a customer. The popcorn chicken was not even warm. What this crap hole needs is better people and some competition. Lets get some real chicken franchises in Ardmore, I will never eat at this KFC. I am sure it won't bankrupt the franchise but if enough people take the time to share their experience maybe things will change for the better. I will not be...

Came to this KFC today thinking I’d get something different besides the usual hamburger or hotdog we usually get when we are looking for fast food. I will admit it took myself and my husband a long time to order because we haven’t been in a very long time and the menu has changed. The associate on the speaker was nice at first but then said if we needed more time we could time inside. So I made the decision to just hurry up and order so we could get home and close the window since it was raining. We got to the window and she took our money and told us to pull forward. My husband asked for some napkins and she said sure pull forward. He said no I need some napkins now please. She gave us the napkins and said to pull forward and he asked why do we need to pull forward when there is no cars behind me. She said because we are timed and you are really killing my time right now. He refused to move until a car pulled up behind us. Then we moved up and three cars checked out and left the location before we received our food. I worry our food was spit in. The associate was extremely rude and we don’t plan on coming back unless we order online as to not mess up their time. I’m not sure how to feel. Won’t be going back for a while. I always go inside for my takeout order. It's easier & much quicker. That way, my order is correct & nothing gets messed up.

If the staff makes a mistake or forgets anything, they immediately correct it If you're at the window, they just move or push you on through, which doesn't give me time to check my order.

The food is fresh & hot. This particular store is clean . I sometimes get the $6 box or bowl, which is always a bargain. It has one of my comfort foods the mashed potatoes & gravy. I've loved it since I was a child. I also love the fact that their recipes have stayed consistent throughout the years.

It is a fast food chain, but I do think the quality of food is still good for the price you pay. Therefore, I definitely will be returning again I highly recommend this location in Ardmore. It has a nice staff. I said earlier the place is clean. Well, the inside table area bathrooms are also very clean.
