CB Furniture — Local services in Arlington

This place was horrible and extremely unprofessional. I had the hardest time getting in contact with Manny who is the manager and also the only person that fulfills online orders. With the amount of money i spent just ordering furniture i would assume i could have at least gotten a call back. He never called me back. Never emailed me back. So i never had a delivery date for the items i ordered. Wherever i called the store i always encountered “he’s busy and he will call you back in 10 mins”. 10 mins turned into an hour and a hour turned into days. When i FINALLY spoke to manny he just complained how busy he was and that he’s running three stores so that’s why i could not get a return call. I had to go to the store to get a refund. Shady people!!! And when i walked into the store i realized the lady that always put me on hold for 10+ mins to “look” for manny sat right night to him. Smh. My mom was looking for a specific loveseat and bed after moving into her new apartment. She wanted a small family owned store not some big corpoate place that was only in it for the sale. I live out of state and could not be there personally to help her. I read the online reviews and sent her to your location. She said the in-store service was exceptional and you guys were very helpful and patient with her. She found exactly what she was looking for! Her new furniture was delivered on Friday and she said the delivery guys were respectful and swift with delivery and set up. I just went to CB today to see there furniture and prices on there twin beds. Well we were greated by the nicest sales person in the store, his name is Jose. He was very helpful and showed us numerous beds and mattresses. Also he was very patient with us. Also he explained everything we needed to know about the financing available. The financing was fast and got me approved for more than what I expected. Well I got my daughter her (full size bed) along with a crib for my grandson as well. I'm telling you that the whole experience in and out of the store was a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys for all your help in helping us get what we needed.
