LISTEN!! Never book in Here, at first there is a lot of strange people walking around the place, we thought we saw a guy robbing a bike outside we felt very insecure at the point we couldn’t sleep, very bad smell in the rooms. THE WORST PART bed bugs all over the bed, we got bit alot of times , we decide to leave around 3am because everything was just very very very bad, and they didn’t want to give us a refund (I was very mad), but the webpage we booked in made them give the refund. Their excuse was because the manager wasn’t there, the guy even told us like you’re going to have to sleep there with the bugs. We decide to get here for being close to the stadium (Barca vs Real Madrid )but we were very very regretful. We had to go find a new placed at 3-4am. I don’t know have this place is operating. DONT THINK TWICE! DONT GO!!!

Reserved this room with no expectations. The reviews scared me but we needed a room for the night so thought we’d take the risk. The front desk lady was very nice so that was a great start. The indoor-ish pool was beautiful, but strangely closed by the city of Arlington. The room had a strange smell upon entering but we became immune to it quickly. The beds were very hard but clean. It had a microwave and mini-fridge that were both clean. The shower was also clean. The electrical outlets were scarce and there was no lamp. Otherwise a pretty decent place if you’re just looking to get some sleep.

I understand it's called budget inn... but this Is just horrible.... they could easily afford to repaint some rooms at a time. I asked for two extra pillows and the front desk told me she didnt have any and needed to call the manager to make sure. Later I asked the front desk for a do not disturb sign and they said they didn't have any... told me to wait for the manager to arrive. Not to mention random people would pull in to the lot and park and meet other people coming off the street. Shady looking peeps. I had to check on my vehicles multiple times to make sure they weren't broken into.

DO NOT STAY HERE! NO MATTER HOW CLOSE IT IS TO THE STADIUM!!

Upon checking into our initial room, we were immediately struck by a very strong and unbearable smell of cigarettes. It was so intense that it made it difficult to breathe. We promptly requested to be moved to another room, to which the staff obliged. While the second room had a slightly better odor, it quickly became evident that the issues were far from over.

Upon entering the bathroom, we discovered a dead cockroach. We immediately called the front desk, and someone came to remove it. However, when we returned later from the match, we were horrified to find another cockroach in the bathroom. Despite calling three times to have it removed, no one responded until we personally went to the front desk to complain. The staff member we spoke to claimed he had called for maintenance, but after another five-minute wait, we had to complain again before he came to remove it himself.

This was the second cockroach we found, and we were understandably furious. We thoroughly inspected the room and discovered yet another cockroach, making it a total of three cockroaches we found in the room, along with stains on the sheets. At this point, we were completely disgusted and decided to leave.

We reported this to the person at the front desk, who was new and had just started their shift. We demanded a refund, but they could only promise to inform their supervisors. The fact that excuses were made, such as claiming the cockroach entered through the toilet because the seat was left up, was entirely unacceptable.

We did not spend the night at your establishment due to the unsanitary and disgusting conditions of room 106. Instead, we had to find alternative accommodations. Despite all of this, we have yet to receive a refund for our stay. . The level of service, maintenance, and cleanliness was beyond...

This place has the potential to be amazing my boyfriend and I stay regularly. The owner is sweet I appreciate that he's not rude when my bf and I are stuck with no ride, he lets us chill. We have no ID right now and because he knows us he let's us check in w/o one. Due to unfortunate circumstances we are a again homeless and my most recent stay changed my entire view of this place 1st, since the first time I stayed there I've always been charged 75 a day during the week and 85 on the weekend, well this time my whole stay was 85 a day minus one day when I asked about it I was told it's 85 during the week and 185 on the weekends, then was told they were doing us a favor by not charging more and that's true except the rooms really are not worth the price. 2nd our room flooded along with the room next to ours a bunch of my stuff got wet and ruined when I asked to use the dryer I was given a hair dryer. Not once was I offered any kind of compensation nor would they allow me a refund. And the next day they were right at my door at 10:45 yelling time to check out and steady rushing us out. This experience has me not wanting to return I felt disrespected and undervalued...

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We stayed here because of the direct proximity to the cowboys stadium. Upon arrival, we immediately had a bad feeling about the establishment.

When checking in, there is a sign up front that states no refunds/returns for any reason. This was the first major red flag.

Upon entering the room, it was dirty, dark, and smelled like smoke. We dropped off our bags and headed to the game. When we got back at 11pm we lifted the sheets and found dead bed bugs on the sheets!! Never in my life have I ever encountered this. Obviously we weren’t going to stay the night here and take any risks. We immediately packed up and when I went downstairs to inform the management their was zero acknowledgment and care for the situation when I informed them. We then had to drive 3 hours back home!!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, or lack of to my worst enemies and it should honestly be inspected by some type of public health department.

Please do your due diligence and carefully read my review and others before booking a stay here. As you can gather from almost every review that others have left, this seems like a common occurrence from this...
