Guadalajara Mariscos Mexican sports bar — Restaurant in Arlington

This place use to be very decent. Music was great, staff was very committed with great costumer service, as a family we celebrated a couple of events here. I decided to go after some years on a lunch break with a family member. Total disappointment! The server was not very enthusiast, she wasn’t rude but as a server you have to be very servicial to give your costumer the best experience and even though tip comes included at pay it still has to be deserved. I ordered the oysters (which i like to order prior to my meal) they took 40 min to come out and they were horrible. Worst I’ve ever seen, the small ones were busted and the bigger ones were so big it was impossible for anyone to swallow. We really wanted to walk out after this, but it is very rude and we wanted to give the food a chance. After almost an hr wait i received my chicken enchiladas. No sour cream as requested waitress said they did not have that. That is a very common dish any chef should make with no hesitation. The ceviche tostadas were good, honestly the only positive comment i have. Over all i ended up paying 12$ for a lunch “special” (oysters not included). Guadalajara, asta pronto....

Got here a little before closing. I wish i could have given a -5 star. I'm not eating meat so i asked for fish tacos, the manager came over and said we have fish and shrimp but we dont have a button for fish tacos. No accommodation what so ever. He was not friendly and didnt care. The salsa and queso is very good. However i decided to order beans and rice for my dish to eat. My friend stated her beans and rice was cold and then her husband tried them and said they were bogus and hes a chef. I told the young lady to cancel the beans and rice, since my friends stated they were not worth the money. The waitress got an attitude and stomped and said "I already added them! Let me get the manager". She wouldnt know customer service if it was it sour cream. When asking for the manager to remove the beans and rice it took him forever. She said she was getting him 10 mins ago and he still hasnt came over. DO NOT WASTE YO TIME COMING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT CHIPS AND SALSA AND BLANCO QUESO AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO...

Do NOT go to this restaurant. Service and food are horrible. Went in and was greeted immediately and was sat down. Tables are so close together it is uncomfortable. Then after about 10 minutes of sitting, no staff came by, asked if we wanted drinks, nothing. Went to ask the man at the front if we could get assistance and then finally someone came by but they didn't get everyone's drink. Then after waiting AN HOUR for our meals almost full of chips and salsa from waiting so long. Meals came and 1 was completely wrong and 2 were COLD. Went and told the man at the front again about the food and service and he said he would get it done fast being we've been waiting a while. After 10 minutes the plates that were cold came back but they were the EXACT same plates (fork on plate and all) and was warned up. After taking 1 bite the tortilla for the enchilada was so hard it was uneatable and come to find out the wrong order all together. Please save your patience and hunger for another place cause...
